Came just as shown
Everything came in a neat little package, easy to get in and open. Looks just like the pictures. easy, will work for my nephews party tomorrow.

Good but some defects
Great decorations at the end of the day but a few complaints as seen in the second picture, the confetti balloons start off very crystal clear. But when compared to a day old balloon it is opaque, nearly white. So inflate day of. I also didn't expect to have to make the tassel banner completely from scratch it was, and the cuts were not done thoroughly and it often ripped when trying to separate the strands.

The quality is good, I am happy with the purchase however make sure you have time at hand, it took me 2 hours to make everything as it looks in the picture and additional 30 mins to hang it up. Plus the size of pom poms are not as big as the display shows. But overall not a bad experience. I would recommend it if you like DIY and have enough time to do it.

Nice decorations
I liked all the decorations but the #1 balloon had a small hole on it so I couldn't inflated.

Bag of junk
The Pom poms are a tissue paper tues in the middle with a ribbon. Everything in bag looks like it’s from the dollar store. Don’t waste your money. There was nothing in this set I would use.
