This head fit my 110cc Chinese kart with no problems. It was a very complete kit and fit perfectly. Just bolt on, adjust valves, and go! I am very pleased with the quality of the head for the money. When I initially bolted the cylinder head on, I'm not sure what happened, but the head gasket blew out very quickly. When I emailed the seller, they sent me out the new head gasket (and some more stuff) for no charge to me! That's pretty awesome. Will definitely buy from again.

Shipping was fast i installed perfect but then it would not start end up bringing it to a shop and found out all the internal bolts were loose. Had to n pay 225 dollars to have them repair it and the costumer service did not help

The head bolt spacing on our db17 is 50mm. This item is closer to 47mm if memory serves correctly. Many of the parts are the same size between the 110 and 125. However, if the mount doesn’t work it won’t align correctly.

Arrive three days earlier then it was supposed to installed it on my 110 mL off-road go cart in less than an hour fired right up looks like a million bucks Yeah it only cost less than 50 don’t forget the lash the vowels you can’t go wrong this is a quality product and I recommend it to anybody

Did not fit the Kandi 110cc go kart. To small. See picks.found out my engine is a 125cc with the 52.4mm bore. The sprocket for those are 32 teeth and this head is a 28 tooth for a 110cc.Label on the cart and engine says 110cc but it is not a 110cc it is a 125cc stroker. Same bore and valves as a 110cc but bigger 32 tooth sprocket and bigger chain channel.

Best price for the most complete cylinder head kit. Installed on a SSR 110 dirt bike with no modifications required, not sure why others had issues. Very complete kit with head and base gaskets as well as new intake and carb gaskets and the exhaust donut. Remember to adjust the valves once installed to .004 with engine at tdc in compression stroke, as this is not set from factory.
