Intermittent Fasting is one of the best things you can do for your body and health. when the thought of fasting comes to mind; the concept is usually thought to be long periods without food and limited amounts of liquids to drink. I already knew that fasting was effective for weight loss but was surprised to learn how many other health benefits it has. For instance, how fasting could help to improve our leptin and insulin or even be used to help treat cancer and diabetes. Great book, do yourself a favor and read this.
