This cylinder kit brought my 20 year old Husqvarna 350 back to life after I loaned it out and got it back with the piston and cylinder scored and no compression. The kit is simple to install on this particular saw, and all the parts fit well. I have used it a few times and it ran perfectly. I don't feed a woodstove any more, so it should last for my needs as long as I don't loan it out again.

I was going to toss my saw. I saw a video on a piston replacement and decided for $31.00 it was worth a try. The hardest part of the exchange was getting the retaining clips for the piston pin in. Other than that it went smooth. Saw fired on the third pull and has been running great. Already cut one cord with no problems.

Works great on my 13-year-old Husqvarna 350. Wrist pin clips were the most troublesome to deal with, but with a little patience they were finally installed. Took about five pulls and the chainsaw actually started. During break-in, I'm running it on a 40:1 ratio. Have worked the saw for about eight hours and gone through about sevn tanks of fuel. So far, so good.

Not finished the rebuild yet. But Seems decent quality. Comes machined for a decompression valve. Which my 346xp doesn't have. So I need to buy a plug to finish. Disappointed that it didn't come with a plug at least...
