So after an ablation surgery several years ago, I have suffered sciatica pain. So severe that after walking when I have been sitting, my leg goes numb and there is a debilitating pain in my hip joint. I take ibuprofen almost daily. I ordered the cushion as a "last ditch effort". I use it on my office chair. I have only taken ibuprofen once on a sunday since getting the cushion. I can't believe it has helped so tremendously. I am planning on ordering one for my car. Definitely worth the price!

I drove a long distance and this pillow sure did ease the bottom from aching for rest of the night.Yes it is thick and I had to adjust my seat, but well worth the change when I ended my long trip.I am going to use it when I go to the games this fall. I like it.

This cushion makes it easier to deal with one the problems that older men have to frequently endure.It makes sitting in my old reclining desk chair much more comfortable. I do wish it was somewhat wedge shaped so that my butt was lower than my knees.

The combination gel and memory foam cushion works well for my individual conditions. I am 6'-4" and 210 lbs and I believe that each individual structure is different and thus results will be different. Buyers should take their own physical makeup into consideration, when ordering. So far I am pleased with this cushion, but only time will tell as to how well it holds up to use. The non-slide material claim on the bottom of the cushion is not quite as non-slip as it needs to be, but it also depends on the surface that the cushion sets on.

I was visiting the chiropractor regularly for sciatica. This cushion has made a huge difference for me. I haven't had a chiropractor visit in months. I also use a back cushion for added posture support and I have had great results. I'm not pain-free and still have exacerbations based on activities, but I'm so happy for the improvements.

I purchased this for my work chair, sitting for as long as I have to in an uncomfortable chair was too much for me. After I started using this seat cushion I saw a huge improvement in fatigue and comfort. My bottom wouldn't ache or hurt after an 8 hour shift. I've had this product for over a year and it's still doing a great job. I love that I can remove and wash the cover as well.

Waaaaay more comfortable than the foam ones.
