Christine Le Tennier Soy Sauce Flavor Pearls, 7oz Jar

Very tasty and my customers love them. We use these on salmon and aioli phyllo cups and bruschetta and they really add an upscale touch. The customers love them and it adds tremendous flavor and visual appeal. Yes, it’s a little expensive, but we only put a very small amount on each hors d’oeuvres so it goes a long way. There’s a lot of flavor packed into each little bit. We also use a lemon version of these pearls and they are tasty too!

They are perfect! I use them on my fish/ seafood appetizers.
