We purchased this product and had this professionally installed in 2021. Yesterday, without warning while my husband was using the shower, the glass quite literally exploded. The sound was so loud, I thought the roof had collapsed. It was fortunate he hadn't locked the bathroom door, as he was trapped in the cubicle surrounded by glass, in a lot of pain and bleeding all over with glass fragments embedded into his skin. This was a highly stressful situation and required a hospital visit to deal with some of the deeper wounds and to remove fragments of glass. When I contacted the supplier of this product via Amazon, the initial response received showed a complete lack of concern, despite the fact looking at the reviews both on and off of Amazon we are not the first to have experienced this and clearly there is a serious safety issue with this product. I was asked if I wanted to buy replacement parts - absolutely not, what is left of this dangerous product will be removed and disposed of. Google this product and you'll see it's a cheap Chinese import. The heading of this listing stating 'safety glass' is hugely misleading - there was nothing safe about the way this glass fractured. Some of the fragments were substantial in size. If you value your safety, avoid at all costs. I regularly use this shower with my baby who is not yet a year old and I dread to think of the consequences had she been in the shower with me. I will be pursuing my complaint and concerns via all available avenues.

In terms of value, these are unbeatable. Most of the materials are metal and glass with a few plastic bits. In terms of what you get for your money, It probably cant be beaten. Beware though! The instructions are dreadful, so if you are installing this yourself you are going to need to be competent DIYer as figuring a out what the instructions mean is a big part of it. I'll put a couple of my favourites here so you can get an idea of what I mean: Step6: first put the water bar into the movable glass (the front and back are not wrong), and then put the pulley on the door of the activity (not too tight), as shown in the figure: and the one I like the most: Step4: take down guide first, and then take the plug core out (with a hexagonal wrench open), pen make hole mark on the wall, and then open hole and into the plastic expansion tubes, and the guide rail with self tapping screw plug core is fixed to the wall, as shown in figure

This is a big, heavy, solid shower door with a really nice feel of quality to it. If I was nit picking, I would give it 4½ stars, as the instructions are laughable: "fix the fixed glass to the wall with plastic capsules and self-tapping nails" "first put the water bar into the moveable glass (the front and back are not wrong), and then put the pulley on the door of the activity (not too tight)" "use a small wrench to adjust pulley (pulley as eccentric, with a small wrench around adjustment can make the door up activities, adjust good after the lock nut), make the door and wall gap is consistent and tighten up and down, and then loaded on the wheel and weather bar, OK" But you'll figure it out. Just take the weight of the door when adjusting the eccentric mounts of the wheels or you will damage them. Suffice it to say, I'm buying another shower door from these people for the second bathroom.

Delivery was a nightmare with 3 agreed dates and no delivery - eventually arrived and while the product is good it is a nightmare to install

Easy to install and look better then the Picture. Very adjustable. Just make sure you don't go to crazy with trimming them down become any inch you cut will make opening more narrow.

a year into using this shower and the plastic bolts broke off the wheels. seem like an easy replacement part but emailed manufacturer twice and nothing... seems a waste having to replace entire shower door purely because of plastic nut , but doors fall off the track without it .
