We installed this track with a pair of HUGE (102”x48”) barn doors for our front room. After reading the instructions we determined that we should probably use the metal wheels for this track since our doors are so heavy. We called the company and they shipped them out that day for free. During install we lost a decorative bolt so I called them again and again, they sent them out immediately for free. So grateful to be able to work with a company that answers your phones calls with a real person. This track has worked very well for our enormous doors. They slide smoothly and it seems very sturdy. The only negative that I can think of is that some of the paint along the top of the track has chipped off (and I think it might just be because we installed the metal wheels and our doors are extra heavy), but that isn’t an issue for us because you can’t see it. Thanks Homacer. We’ll order this track again when we move on to our upstairs project.

We got the 11ft railing and it’s perfect for our homemade double barn doors. Looks awesome and we get so much compliments from our friends who comes to visit. No problems with install. Very sturdy andGreat quality. Cheaper than what you can get at a local store. Overall great product.

Great quality , assemble instructions need to be added

Good quality. Instructions are simplex yet adequate. Illustrations are microscopic. One of the 7 foot sections (14 foot total length) was sprung slightly and hole alignment out of line by 1/8th inch. This does not seem to effect performance once assembled.

It came well packaged and looks nice. I love iron and this simple and classy.

The double sliding rail was exactly what we needed to put a modern closing on my newly constructed 13 ft wide toy closet. The doors slide smoothly and quietly. The double rail allows easy access to the middle by pushing the paired doors to the sides. End access is available by sliding all doors to one side or the other. There will be a slight learning curve to slowly open the doors to ensure the outer doors hit the floor guides. My contractor said the instructions were clearly and accurately written except for one change he had to make—the middle door guides (which are actually attached to the outer doors) had to be adjusted so the door didn’t hit the floor. Doors were purchased from the same store front and I will leave bc bc a review of them there.

Our first barn door build & install. Installing the hardware was easy. Need 2 people for this 9’6 track section. The hardware seems very well fabricated. There is no sag in the track with the mending plate. Food for thought the total combined width for these doors is 99” (49.5" each door) for a 91” opening. They just barely cover the opening. So I wish we made the doors a little wider (52"). The center overlap is 6.5” but you need to cover the sides of the opening as well. Would definitely buy again!

As pictured it would not bypass at all since it is single track. It can be used to partially bypass if the top brackets are more towards the center of the door. The price is much better than big box stores though.
