Cupwind 51 oz Glass Pitcher, Juice/ Ice Tea Pitcher, , Hot/ Cold Water Carafe with Stainless Steel Infuser Lid(Jane Eyre Rose Pattern)

I loved the pitcher, made out of durable glass with nice design. However, the lid (I believe made out of bamboo with silicone ring) started getting moldy very quick. I assume it’s because the bamboo hasn’t been treated with chemicals - which is good - but its not a good design for the pitcher lid. It’s obviously a health hazard and very unfortunate...

I got this to use as my daily water pitcher. After only using water in it, the wooden top went moldy, black mold, and I only noticed after drinking the water and it tasting really bad! When I told the seller what had happened, they said they would send me the stainless steel lid instead. I sent the email on January 30th and only received the other lid 2 weeks later. The new stainless steel lid doesn't fit very well either. I am very unhappy with this purchase but now it is too late to return for a full refund. Would have loved it if it had a different lid.

After using this all summer, this pitcher is still in perfect condition after pouring BOILING water straight into it to make sweet tea....then after 5 minutes of steeping the tea bags, we add chunks of ice. The extreme temperatures and/or temperate changes have not affected the clarity of the glass one bit. The design is simply pretty. Now I want a larger size so that our sweet tea can last longer than a day in our house!

This pitcher is beautiful,easy to clean, fit in the refrigerator, (either door or shelves) and have easily-manipulated/cleaned lids,easy to grip and pour, lid can simply be rotated for pouring with one-handed operation, not too heavy. Using them for: milk, water, fruit juice, ice tea, cold coffee.and find I drink more water when I have these in my office and living room,thanks! will be purchasing more.

Love the look & use of this product. I bought two, one for water & one for iced coffee. They’re the perfect size for me. I love the look of the wood lid which fits snuggly & doesn’t move when pouring. After two months though of typical use & handwashing, I was disappointed to see that one of the lids grew an excessive amount of mold in the crevice that holds the rubber band. I tried multiple ways to clean it off but the only way I could remove it was with bleach. As you can see the lid is now ruined. I suggest the product but would not get the wood lid again.

This pitcher is so, so beautiful and elegant. I use it to boil water (electric, glass top stove) for tea, and then store the iced tea in the pot. This pitcher would have a million uses. When pouring, keep a finger on the top if you tip the pitcher over very far to make sure it does not fall off.Great purchase. Love it.

Pretty and simple. I don't have a water close by at work, so I fill this up instead. No defects in the glass, and the glass is sturdy (so no fear of breakage with normal use). Pours very well. (You might be surprised by how many pitchers/bottles/carafes have a messy, drippy pour!)One criticism: The glass lid doesn't fit snugly. I swapped that glass lid for another from a similar product and THAT lid fits perfectly snug and even looks like it was designed for this pitcher. (Lid design seems to be one of those designs that multiple manufacturers use.) Love that having a lid keeps dust out.
