Solid grips for lifting.
Just finished my third workout using these and I am very happy with them. The pad is thick enough to protect my hands, yet not too thick to feel that I am losing control or grip. The bands around my fingers were a little tight at first, but now fit well. I never feel that I need to take these off between sets.So far, so good. Can't speak for their long term durability, but they seem very well made. I'd buy them again.

Great pads!
I like them, the stitching/placement where u insert finger are straight, I think most people have the shaft of the fingers curbs, that's a tiny bit uncomfortable, somebody mentioned the palm not being covered on the thumb side; that too is a bit uncomfortable but overall I really like them, I mainly use them for back and arms.

Of three different brands of pads that I tried, these were the worse. The pads are relatively small (even with the large size that I ordered). Also the finger loops are small (I do have large hands). The material is not as substantial as others. I'm just hesitant to give them one star because they are not terrible junk and some people may prefer 4 rather than 3 finger holes. The Zenn pads were the best in my opinion.

Works, but WAY TOO TIGHT around the fingers
I will keep trying to stretch them, but I have to take them off in between sets because they literally cut off the blood flow to some of the fingers. The original ones I bought didn't have this problem.

finger holes are tight
The fabric is really thick so it spaces your fingers apart pretty far. For the price, it was worth it so I just use the 2nd & 3rd holes.

My favorite for working out
Great to prevent painful hand calluses and great over for most work outs but not the most durable but most aren’t usually that durable but this is pretty good overall

So you have a good grip-training parallel to the back-training
The material is almost a little to thick. So you have a good grip-training parallel to the back-training. If you don't want that I can't recommend them. But if you don't care or if you also think this is beneficial, go for it. I like the grips.

Not a smart design.
I've used many different grips over the past few years...these are by far the worst ones. The material touching the palm is slippery and dangerous once a sweat is going.
