Color of top matters
This is not used for urine samples here. It is used for my patients cornstarch. She has to drink cornstarch every 2 hours. We use multiple colored lids for different amounts throughout the day. This blue, and the red made just like it, has to be screwed on very tight to not leak when we shake it when mixing. They dont screw on much because of how they are made. I would think if this were used as a urine specimen cup it would be hard to put it in a biohazard bag and carry it anywhere.It was bought to have a different color lid for a purpose.
