This is good for camping. Our son and his family camp all the time. They don't want to use cooler for dairy products when kids are in and out of it to get drinks all day long. I got this for them and they reported back that it was awesome. Easy to use. Didn't need refrigeration. And kids never even complained..... which was the big test they had to pass. Guess I'll get them more

I wasn't very familiar with using dairy powder before, but I've been really enjoying adding this milk powder from Hoosier Hill Farm to my baked goods recently. It lends the most amazing milk aroma to my bakes and I really like that it is 100% milk with no additives in it. I may try adding milk powder to my smoothies and soups in the near future because I don't usually keep milk in the fridge that often and having a shelf stable version of milk in the pantry really comes in handy.

I'll admit that I got this with thr intention of mixing it in with my water and protein powder on the go. Yeaaaah, it didn't work out so great at all. I wouldn't recommend using it for that. What I would recommend it for, however, is baking. It's actually pretty good for that! Unfortunately, I don't do a whole lot of baking with my low carb lifestyle, so I doubt I'll use the whole container.

Make it one day and let it get good and cold then it taste like regular milk.

Pleasantly surprised by this milk. It is great used in baking, which is how I use it. I put some in my bread machine so that I can have milk in my baked bread in the morning without having to worry about milk going bad.
