Refractique Lensball Stand | Suction Mount + Flat Gold Base + Tripod Screw Thread

This is a great little accessory for your glass ball. Suction is more than adequate for my 80mm ball, unless you're trying to suspend the ball sideways--might not quite be good enough for that (a little moisture helps a ton if you really need to do it). But it looks good and works great!The included pictures are intended to show what people are talking about when they say it's a little foam square. That's just protective packaging; the device itself easily pops out. Don't pay any attention to the negative reviews about a little foam square that doesn't work!

For the people that rated this low, they were literally too stupid to realize the cheap foam square was just packaging to be removed before use. It holds my 3.15 lensball upright and upside down. On a 90° angle, it doesn't hold well.

I have an 80mm lensball and this will not hold it upside down as shown in the photos.It's a very small amount of product for the money... I would not purchase this again. I wish I could find a slightly larger one that could safely hold my lensball.

I loved it so much that my cat walked off with it. So I had to order 3 more, to kept this from happening again. It easily attaches to my tripod and securely holds my photography ball. Love this little helper!!!

I like this. It is so nice and easy to use. I like that it works on both my large and small tripods. I like being able to use the ball and not have fingerprints all over it.

I have one of those large crystal photo balls. I am happy to have a tool to support it on my tripod. The item is smaller than I expected. I'm not completely convinced my ball will stay securely on it once the suction releases.

This is SO TINY! I was worried it would not be secure but it is actually perfect, fit my tripod perfectly and really secures the ball well (I have a 3” crystal ball I use)

it may be a little bit pricey for what it is, a bit of rubber with some anodised aluminium, however it is very well made and definitely does the job it was made forthe tripod fitting is well machined and offers no trouble when fitting the device to a variety of standard size tripod screw threads. be aware though, just as in the seller's description this is for smaller diameter "lensballs" it's a little bit too flexible for the 80mm and above sizes. These balls are particularly weighty when you get to 80mm and over. I would not feel too comfortable trusting it to maintain grip on anything over 60mm, there's a danger an 80mm ball would come unstuck under it's own weight. stay within the limits and it's a good little device even if it is a little on the pricey side

This lens ball stand suctions to your lens ball so that it doesnt roll off or get damaged when u are using it. It makes for a great photo as u can use it with a tripod as it gas a threaded base to fix onto your camera tripod. Then your lens ball is easier to keep safe and secure from any knocks you may accidentally catch the tripod and the ball stays put due to the suction effect of the stand. It has a nice coloured stripe which adds a touch of class to your photography too. Would definitely recommend to anyone doing lens ball photography.

The item arrived quickly and well packaged lovely made lensball holder very strong suction to lensball ( with hand underneath as security you can hold largest size ball upside down ! ) the machined metal base is exquisitely made and the box and paperwork inside are again of a high quality , the thread is also machined well and fitted onto a tripod and monopod first time without any effort and without any play / movement ")

Having bought my husband a lensball previously, we were struggling to keep it still effectively. This is great. Attaches to a tripod of required and the suction means avoiding any smashed. Good price and a useful kit addition.

Having been given a LensBall for Christmas, I quickly found that to keep it safe, and more useful, I needed a stand.This works perfectly on a hard surface or on my tripod and monopod.Recommended.
