Great Value, received as expected. Works as expected.

Ordered it but tech said not good enough sent back it. Make sure to check your Ethernet cable. Had one that was 10/100 so couldn’t get more then 100m. Changed to the yellow one and worked perfect Didn’t think to check but has already changed to new modem

This is our connection to Comcast. No problems installing it. We get the speed we signed up for (400 mbps) and have had no problems with in the six months we've had it.

I was initially very excited to buy this 'renewed' modem to replace my old modem Netgear CM400. However upon delivery, the box was dented and dirty. The package did not come with instructions. They were easily found online but they differed from a 'new' CM700 purchase ones, the original instructions are far easier to follow than the online ones.When the modem was plugged in, the internet symbol never turned on or a solid green. Spent 2 hours on the phone with Xfinity because this product was registered to someone else in the system and this took a while to figure out. In the end, Xfinity was unable to help since they were not able to ever get the modem online. This resulted in a technician coming 24 hours later to evaluate & they stated they are unable to do anything as well and suggested I return this item due to it being defective.Very disappointed in this.

Haven’t had trouble with it yet. Setup was easy and has already paid for itself

Overall, I had a great experience with tech support, but setting this modem up with Xfinity was an arduous and irritating process. Ended up having to buy a router but it works and that’s what matters.

If you have Xfinity make sure you call them and have them “allow” the device in your account, otherwise the MAC address won’t be recognized by Xfinity. The instructions don’t mention that this is necessary. Once it was set up though signal has been great. Only one Ethernet port so make sure the router you buy to go with it has additional Ethernet ports if you require that.

This was a gift to a young family who has had bad service recently.They are delighted with this modem!They told me, "It works perfectly!!"I noted it was delivered very impressively quickly!!
