Emirelli Turkish Antep Pistachios, Raw, Early Harvest Intense Nuts, Non GMO Natural Vegan Snacks, Remains Fresh with Resealable Bag (Pack of 1)

I was very unimpressed. The taste was not as good as common pistachios, like from Trader Joes, or anywhere. They are ok. I had no trouble eating the whole bag.What is unusual about these is how they are all completely covered in a gray skin. All other pistachios I have had, only a small percentage are completely covered. Most are only partly covered, so you get some green color sprinkled around, but not these. But, if you peel the skin away, they are florescent green inside.Dr. Gundry has mentioned that there is something good in the pistachios skins. Pistachio skins were found to have higher phenolic content than the seed (PMID 20388531). So, judging from the hearty skins and bright green color of the seed, I would guess these have super-high antioxidant activity compared to other pistachios.

The baklava in the picture was made using the Emirelli Turkish Antep Pistachios (the one that says early harvest, raw, and unsalted). Finally, I was able to replicate the taste and appearance of the baklava I once tasted in Gaziantep, Turkey. I Will definitely order more in the future.

I got these for my husband who is Turkish as a surprise gift and he loves them. Don't expect them to taste the same as ones that you would buy from a regular big box store because they carry a unique taste, but not in a bad way. We'll probably be ordering again when we run out.

A little pricey but the quality is very good!

These are the best pistachios we have ever had!!!They came in vacuumed packed they were super crispy and super fresh!!! We will order more!!They have rich green color and super taste!!!

These pistachios take a recipe that has them as a main feature from really good to exceptional. Consistently good taste and consistency.
