Very simple to assemble and use. It's as easy as 1.2.3. you remove parts from plastic packaging and simple plug in place depending on what you want to slice. The only improvements I would add are having something to hold the food you are slicing with. When sliding food across blade, I'm always in fear that I will cut my finger. Other than that, the movements are smoothe and precise. There are a few different options depending on the type of cut you are looking for.

Good product, definitely works best on harder cheeses. I love the storage bottom.

The slicer makes it very easy to make slices of tomatoes, onions, cucumbers and more, easily and efficiently. Instead of holding the veggie or fruit still and havig to cut each carefully, I just have to put it against the blade with slight pressure. This saves time and simplifies the task

I thought I would use it frequently but that didn't happen. It was easy to clean. I didn't use the dish washer. The mandolin blade didn't hold up, broke off on the 4th use. Grader and shredded are fine., Still useable as is the base

Slicing potatoes or carrots too thin

Easy to use I can cut my vegetables without using a knife. It is also easy to clean all you have to do is rinse when done

After I rec. It the first thing I noticed is it doesn't have a closed top. This was a disappointment as I will cut extra to keep for next time...also I noticed after wash I mg a few times the cap for th blades keeps popping off..I wish I could send it back but used now.

Works great, just wish it had a hand guard. Great value.

Easy to assemble and disassemble for cleaning. Works well! Only thing is it does not come with a holder/grip for the item you are trying to grate, leaving your fingers/hands exposed to cuts from the blade if not careful.
