I bought this to replace an existing electronic door lock from a big name lock company. The quality of the InteTrend is much higher than the more expensive big name company lock. The touch screen looks far better. The overall look and function is of much higher quality. This one is much quieter too and feels more robust. It also has many more features.My only criticism is that the instructions are not that great. It took me about 2 hours to install the first time mostly having trouble figuring out how to install. The online video helped some, but it had room for improvement too. I later bought a second lock. I installed this second one in about 20 minutes.

I bought this lock for the good reviews and the value (also fast shipping). The instructions are not great. We had the most trouble with ensuring the small “L” or “R” toggle was flipped correctly. Didn’t realize that until the end and had to uninstall to correct - so don’t miss that! Also make sure the lock mechanism is facing “up” as branded on the brass and make sure it turns even before you install the digital components. Other than installation not being as easy as I hoped (I recommend two people), I do like the lock, the App features and the ability to customize all sorts of entry codes (permanent, single use, timed use etc). Would highly recommend!

I have been looking at these smart deadbolts for some time now. I purchased this lock to add to the many features of my smart home. Took me about 30 minutes to install this lock and get it functioning as it is designed to do. I found the keypad to be well built and solid. I love the fact that it has a metal frame for added durability. It’s awesome! I love the ability to remotely unlock the door to our home. I love the functionality of assigning codes to different users. Really looking forward to using these codes for future deliveries to my home during the holiday season. These codes can be date and time-sensitive as well. Overall I love this Smart Lock, and if you are thinking of living this good, and futuristic keyless lifestyle with me than I fully recommend this to be your choice.

I purchase this to use with smart things.Purchased the lock as part of smart home upgrade and found the installation straight forward and easy.The lock touchpad looks is good and you can still use app to unlock or lock door.We can choose to automatically set the door closing time(1 second,3 second,30 second or 1 minuets)and we choose 30 seconds.Every member of the family can set their own password and mobile app controls.Someone will open the door and display it on the mobile app, so I can know when the children come back home and leave home. If you don’t want to press the password to open and close the door , you can use the app to control the door,just download the app (TTLOCK)to set up you information to use it.My family is so happy I bought it.HomeKit integrates well but since Bluetooth is weak you will need to be close with in 2 meters of the phone. After installing I almost immediately locked myself out of my house.I was able to use the code the unlock the door no problem.

It really wasn’t worth the money. It gives you numeric Passcodes that are so flippin’ long that make absolutely no sense to anyone. I searched on the app and it appears that you can’t choose your own code...how the heck am I going to remember 743258922368?? (That was FOR EXAMPLE only, not the actual code). Makes absolutely no sense to me. The remote feature, you can be no further away than 2 ft from the lock to lock it remotely. What do I need a remote for then? I can just extend my arm and there, well look at that...door is locked by just my thumb and index finger.

This lock is a pretty solid buy. The lock looks modern and does not look cheap at all. I love the auto lock feature although i only wished it could make sure my door is shut all the way as well.. jk. The install does require you to drill an extra whole in your door so if you do get it, there is not going back to normal lock after installing. The app and the lock work great together. I bought the wifi gateway to have remote access and am able to see when someone unlocks my door through app notifications. The only complaint I have is the app has not been intergreted with google home yet. (Once you buy the gateway, one would think it would be easy to integreate with home automation) I did find out that it has been integreated with Alexa - i dont use that. I was told by the manufacture that Google Home intergreation would be coming the next few months. I am waiting on it....

This a really door lock.. it a little smaller on the outer door then expected.. The App works good to unlock the door but not so much when locking the door. The app just need the lock and unlock but separate because I find myself unlocking the door when trying to lock it because to unlock it just tap the button but you have to tap and hold it to lock and most of the time it unlock and doesn't recognize you holding it to lock it.

We loved the look of this, ease to install and how you could use your app however it BROKE after only 17 months of use. The bolt on the inside completely locked up so we had to tear it out of the door. the price wasn't the most expensive by any means but its really unfortunate to have spent this much to only have it last a little over a year before having to replace.

Do not buy this!!!! Products itself is good and nice looking, instructions absolutely garbage. Was not able to set up my own personal passcode because the instructions do not work. Followed them step by step and nothing, I have to usee the factory passcode. Contacted the seller to provide me with proper instructions to set up the passcode and they asked me for my purchase #, once I provided them with that they said they never sold this product on Amazon.ca and never heard from them again. ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
