I like the fact it has 0 carbs & 0 calories. It looks like sugar & taste like sugar. It does not have an after taste. It also reduced my sugar levels back to normal so I am no longer a boarder line diabetic. I have no issues at all. I love this product.

I really enjoy this sweetener. My understanding is that it is actually good for your teeth. I have re-ordered this a number of times and thought it was about time to give it a great review. I have tried a lot of alternative sweeteners, and this is my clear favorite. I keep it in a sugar jar and use it exactly like sugar. Important to get BIRCH xylitol, otherwise you get a corn product that is probably GMO.

I was excited to discover this product and thus bought a 4.5 pound bag to have plenty to experiment with. It arrived very well packed and within a reasonable amount of time. For that part I could give it 5 stars BUT as far as the product itself, well after experimenting with it I am not too impressed. I am a sugar addict and was hopeful this would be my cure. It seems to work well to sweeten things like cranberry juice and hot tea but used in place of sugar in bulk like for cookies, not so great. Too much upsets my stomach. I didn't get "gas" as others have pointed out, I almost could have lived with that just to get away from sugar! End of story, too good to be true, in my opinion anyway.

Too expansive for how much "sweetness" you get, buy smallest bag and try first. I bought it for my wife as sugar substitute, two table spoons in a tea and feels nothing, I am not a sweet tooth person, I drink my tea sugar free all the time. It looks like sugar but does not taste like one. Hope it helps!

Good value for the product. I appreciate that it is made in the US. Went to buy Xylitol at my local health food store but was alarmed to find that it was made in China. In which case it quite likely was made from corn and quite likely GMO corn.The employees were also surprised it was made in China. So examine your packages.After extensive research, I found this one that is made in the US from Hardwoods. After pulling with coconut oil, rinsing with salt water, I swish with half a teaspoon dissolved in mouth for five minutes as a way to discourage cavities. So far so good. And it has a pleasant sweetness. If you would like to buy this and use it in such case, be aware that this is fatal in very small doses to dogs. And if you swallow it, it May have a laxative effect.

This is a wonderful sugar substitute. There isn't any after taste. It looks and tastes like sugar. It's made in the USA, from Birch trees, instead of China from corn, which is very important to me.

I was using another brand of Xylitol then decided to try this one and it's really great. Nice, cool sweet taste, dissolves just like sugar and have even substituted it for half of the sugar in baking with excellent results.

It is an excellent product, as a good substitute for sugar. Best of all is that it does not contain GMO
