great price, authentic and fresh
This is the yerba mate I encountered most frequently in homes and grocery stores in southern Chile, and I tend to trust my friends' quality and taste standards. This Taragui yerba mate does not disappoint. I'm glad I ordered the large 2.2-lb (kilo) bag because preparing it instantly transports me back to South America as well as being delicious and caffeinated. This is a product of Argentina, and it has the typical ratios of dust, leaves, and stems.

Not overpowering (might be a good thing)
Not as strong as other mates and doesn’t give me as much of a feel good mood as others. Still it’s tasty with some earthy sweet notes.

The large size is so economical and I have to order less
I love the tea and the benefits of drinking it.The raw tea allows me to brew at my taste and I can reuse the tea a couple of times before putting it in the compust

Big grassy style of Mate
I've had this brand dozens of times, it always has a solid flavor and comes at a good price. Not my favorite, but it is always a pleasant offering every time I have it.
