This arrived quite quickly, and the outside quality looks good, however. When i looked at the equipment and instructions there is no CE Mark anywhere (so should this be sold in the UK through AMAZON.CO.UK???). The cables for power do not conform to standard colours and everything is in chinese even the instructions and remote control.As i wanted this for fitting in my bedroom, i decided not to chance the equipment as i can not guarantee it is safe. so will be returning the product. (unless the manufacturer/AMAZON can provide CE Certificates and english instructions).26/07/19 update - the company were very good and offered multiple discounts, however due to it not having CE I still opted for return. I paid for return to a destination in France and the company reimbursed me to full item value with original postage costs and the return postage costs also. I would put the star rating up for the customer service, however for me an item with no CE or test certificates being sold in the EU is the deal breaker

This arrived with 2 wires out of the connector which should have been secured, looked like had not been clamped hard enough make sure all wires are secure before fitting. Black wire is LIVE, white is NEUTRAL, Electrician fitted in bedroom and no problems at all, both myself and my wife are so pleased with this item so we have ordered another one for living room. We have a smart meter and with light on full and fan on high it is 2 pence per hour so I would say that this is very economical to run, I would highly recommend. Updated 11/10/2019 Have purchased another one for kitchen electrician fitted today. Excellent Delivery arrived well within the time frame now have 3 fitted in different rooms am really pleased with them. Soon get used to the remote.

Very bright light when on full, but of course dims down. Very strong fan, even on low setting. Made a huge difference in our kitchen which is situated in the centre of the house, so has no windows. Instructions for remote control sent in Chinese and Spanish (we live in Spain) but the Spanish instructions were not for the remote we had, however it wasn’t difficult to work it out. Wiring was very easy, when we eventually got the correct info. The suppliers answered emails promptly but they were a little confusing. We got style #6 and it comes with 1 x Red wire & 1 x Black. I had various answers from customers to my query as to which was live (thank you) Red = Live Black = Neutral, but the suppliers advised me that there was no difference. Working fine, so all good 👍😁

Bought this based on other reviews. Was unsure as to the usability of the fan owing to the surrounding light fixture. More on that later.This was bought almost a year ago, and I've only just got around to writing my review. it arrived in an unmarked box after (I think) about 3 weeks. Wired it up that weekend as the heat was oppressive, and TBH I wasn't really expecting too much from this unit. It felt very light - as if it hadn't much real substance.Noticed there wasn't an earth lead on it, and the instructions were all in...oriental. But it's only a fan light. How hard can it be? Not hard at all as it turns out.This was easy to install,and the remote was easy to workout. The controls are simple enough. A central button and the two lower buttons for the light, to give you a variation on colour temperatures, and an outer circle on the remote for the fan to give variable speeds. The remote feels solid without a lot of weight - as if it could stand being dropped (although I haven't tried that). each command sent from the remote is accompanied by a corresponding beep from the unit that isn't too loud. It's just a discreet ''Ahem, sir''. Just a reassuring acknowledgement that all is well. There is also a wall mountable pouch to store the remote.The fan is housed within the confines of the outer lighting ring, and my initial though was that this would restrict the coverage. That is actually not the case. Coverage is great and the fan is quiet. The profile is unobtrusive and its looks fit in well with the modern home.If I was to point out a downside to this, it would be that the light likes to come on at full intensity before being adjusted to something less blinding. I did work out something the other day where it comes on at the previous setting at which it was turned off. But then I forgot it. But seriously? That's really only nit picking. This is a very user friendly item and seems to be made to be 'just so'. There's no extra material to it. Nothing wasted or added, and nothing lacking.Highly recommended. I'll be buying another one at some point to replace the rubbish B&Q one I have in my living room.Update: The second one arrived today (June 3rd). I wasn't expecting it until sometime in July, so extra bonus points for that. It's already up and running, and performing perfectly.As an added bonus: the fan it replaces could be heard from directly above in the bedroom, owing to the fact it is screwed to the joists between floors. It kept my missus awake and was unusable in the evening due to this problem. I'm happy to say this is much much quieter. The sound isn't eliminated completely; it can be. It's an electric motor screwed to a joist. There will always be some noise - it is quite a powerful little thing, but this is quieter by far than the three we've had in this room previously in terms of transmitting noise upstairs. In terms of noise within the room, it is slightly noisier, but really only because it is more powerful than your local DIY store units.

It would be a huge benefit if the manufacturers would print the instructions in English, it took an enormous amount of time to work out the buttons to use for the different things the ceiling fan used. Fortunately the electrician was very patient and persevered until he got it right.

More than happy , it's not rocket science to work out how to control. I like how you can control where you want to concentrate the breeze from fan and how dim you can take it ... might buy another for my mom ..easy to install within minutes it already put together unlike some I've brought and you basically have to fit the dimmer and led pack yourself. Very very happy with this ceiling fan/ light.

Superb product. So so pleased. Easy to install. Three fan speeds, three different light colours (led white, bright white and soft light) which can all be dimmed.

All'inizio ero diffidente, ma dopo il montaggio mi sono ricreduto. Pensavo che l'illuminazione non fosse sufficiente ma a dire il vero è anche troppa, ma con la possibilità di regolare la luminosità il problema è risolto. Buona è anche la ventilazione. Non possiamo che raccomandare l'acquisto, a dire il vero una nostra vicina lo ha visto e me lo ha fatto ordinare anche per lei. Qualità prezzo ok

Prodotto ottimo, di grande qualità, efficientissimo, tanto come illuminazione, quanto come ventola. Eccezionale, vale i soldi spesi. Riguardo il venditore, cortesissimo e comunicazione perfetta!

Non ho ancora deciso se tenerlo o rimandarlo indietro. È arrivato senza libretto di istruzioni i tasti del telecomando sono solo in cinese.Ora non pretendevo il tutto in italiano, ma almeno in inglese.Questo è quello che avevo scritto all'arrivo, ora dopo qualche mese di utilizzo ho deciso di cambiare la mia recensione, perché non sono affatto soddisfatta del prodotto.Prima cosa la ventola per smuovere l'aria deve girare velocissima, risultato fa rumore e l'aria ti arriva a dosso troppo forteSecondo, non c'è modo di settare le tue preferenze e poi accenderlo usando l'interruttore a parete, devi usare per forza il telecomando.Terzo il telecomando il più le volte non funziona, se usi l'interruttore a parete molte volte non si accende nulla.Francamente se potessi lo rimandarei al mittente

luminosissimo. Ha tutte le funzioni descritte. tre tipi di luce e tre velocità della ventola. Alla velocità massima la ventola è un po' rumorosa ma come tutte le ventole del resto. Si sente aria fresca già con la prima velocità. L'optimum è alla velocità 2. Le istruzioni e il telecomando sono scritti solo in cinese

Il lampadario è buono, la luce è intensa, grazie al telecomando si puo cambiare tipo di luce (calda, fredda e media). Io l'ho messo in salotto ed illumina oserei dire a giorno l'intera stanza, circa 25 mq. Sempre da telecomando si interagisce col ventilatore (3 velocita) e si puo attivare anche il deflettore sottostante. Semplicissimo da montare, le istruzioni e il telecomando sono in cinese, ma il tutto è intuitivo, io non ho avuto nessun problema (montato in 10 minuti). Consegnato nei tempi previsti. L' unica pecca sono i materiali: lamiera molto fine, se ti cade si piega, tutto sommato bello da vedere. Per concludere buon prodotto, funzionale, ma forse rapporto qualità prezzo discreto.

Salve, ho acquistato la lampada con un pochino di titubanza invece devo dire che il prodotto è di buona fattura funziona molto bene i livelli di luce sono ottimi come il passaggio da calda a fredda a seconda delle esigenze, buona pure la velocità della ventola.L'ho acquistata per cambiare le precedenti lampade a soffitto con le ventole che in una camera con il letto a castello poteva diventare pericolosa. Il contatto col venditore è stato perfetto.

Me gusta porque es muy practico y compacto. Ideal para habitación pequeña.Tuvimos un percance en la instalación, cuando estaba instalado no funciona y después de desmontar otra vez y averiguar qué ocurría, era culpa del mando a distancia que la pila estaba agotada. Cambiamos la pila y listo. Todo perfecto

Più o meno è come mi aspettavo , ma ha una pecca assurda. La griglia esterna che gira al contrario rispetto alle ventole per il ricircolo dell'aria parte ogni volta che accendi la luce ed ogni volta la devi spegnere. Ho parlato col venditore ma sembra che sia una "innovazione" Cosa centra e come e può quella funzione essere legata alla luce e non solo alle ventole è un mistero.

No sabemos como hacer que funcione con el mando, pero si le das al interruptor de la luz tres veces se enciende el ventilador (será por los cables, que hay tres) . Y las bolas de decoración tampoco sabemos como se ponen. Tiene bastante potencia y hace aire.

El producto está muy bien, el ventilador es silencioso a baja velocidad y se oye el ruido del viento si se pone mas fuerte. Luz potente o suave según haga falta … Solo cuatro estrellas por el hecho de que llega no enteramente montado y le falta una documentación para la instalación. (en ninguna lengua). Aunque la comunicación con el vendedor es difícil está muy disponible para ayudar en caso de problema.

Un produit de très très bas de gamme pour 128,00 euros je pensais avoir un produit de meilleurs qualité . La notice de montage sur feuille volante et tout en chinois, les caractéristiques techniques également en chinois , les câbles de raccordements sont dénudés ( pas de cosses pas de douilles de cosses, la télécommande pas emballé cassée. je pense que le produit n'est même pas conforme aux normes CE .Je suis très surpris 'Amazon vend ce type de produit.
