I have received this product next day after placing an order thanks to Amazon Prime membership. A prime membership offers a range of delivery options. You can choose a day on which you want the product delivered to your house. Alternatively, you can have it delivered to your local pick up shop. This is a great option for people who work full time. I have purchased this product as a gift for my brother who was going away for few weeks and I though it will be a very useful gadget for him. This product has arrived nicely and securely packaged without any issues. All instructions and information have been included in the box and were really simple to follow. This product charges really quickly and while fully charged allows you to charge iphone 8 five times over which is great. The design of the product is really nice and it really looks great! This is an amazing product which provides you with an opportunity to go out without worrying about phone dying out. My brother has been using it for few days and really cannot fault it at all and he loves the colour as well. This is a great product overall.

This power bank I have been using for many months now, I had been looking around for such a long time initially having read reviews. I took the plunge, and can honestly say the quality is superb, I can charge my iPhone 8， it will still have enough left for more charges, once it eventually dies it does take a while to charge up, it is great as a back up source, it's not quite light enough to have in your pocket but then why would you need this for portability? It would be ideal for holidays or camping as can keep devices charge probably throughout the week depending on use.The light is quite powerful although never needed to use myself due to using iPhone torch.Overall if you need power and something that will last the test of time with great build quality this is your product. Although heavy it's ideal for when you have no plugs available or there is no power source, occasionally when emergency I have just charged phone and walked with it which wasn't that bad to carry.Thanks guys

I have to say this is a huge advantage over the simple LED indicators you find on all the other mass produced shady powerbanks. I ordered this for long flights to charge my iPhone and iPad mini, and being 20,000 mAh it allows me to fully recharge both my iPad Mini and iPhone 8+ from dead to 100% with some charge left over in the bank. In terms of packaging, KAKAFU does well in designing the sleeve with the color images and information, and underneath is a high quality printed cardboard box containing the powerbank itself, instruction and warranty card, a Micro USB charging cable and KAKAFU even includes a carrying bag which is awesome.I tested this in a bunch of different scenarios and I've found that it is pretty consistent in terms of charging times. It charges surprisingly quickly thanks to the 2.1A output which is great because it means that it can charge my iPad mini while i'm using it; most other powerbanks don't have the power to do that and you end up just slowing down the rate at which your iPad battery discharges in stead of actually charging it, but with the iMuto you don't have this issue. Probably the biggest caveat i have with it is the re charge time for the powerbank itself. From 5% to 100% it takes several hours to replenish the charge in the bank. Now this is indeed a long time, but the benefit is that once you're at 100%, depending on your use of course, it can last weeks without you having to re charge it which is a great charging to usage ratio in my opinion.Overall I'd say this iMuto 20,000 mAh powerbank is definitely worth the price, given the features you get, the performance its capable of and the excellent build quality. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a solution for long haul flights and commutes for both smaller devices like iPhones and larger ones like iPads.

A few reviewers have complained about the size and weight of the KAKAFU but I actually think that it is surprisingly compact and lightweight for a power bank of this calibre. It will easily fit into a modestly sized hand or messenger bag, it even managed to fit into my coat pocket along with my 5.5"" inch screened smartphone, it's thicker than most phones but the footprint is probably no bigger than the average 8"" inch phablet.As a charger the KAKAFU is excellent, in fact it's better at charging my phone than my AC wall charger and the absolute winning function is that it actually has a Qualcomm Quickcharge 3.0 input as well as an output. So you can actually rapid charge the KAKAFU - a godsend for such a high capacity power bank.Since collecting it this afternoon from my local Amazon locker I've used it to burst charge my phone twice for no longer than 15 minutes a time (it was fully charged out of the box). I used it to charge my new Beeline digital compass from dead to about 85% so I could set it up.The thing that amazes me is the KAKAFU's ability to quick charge a phone even when using it - after charging the Beeline compass I sat in a coffee shop in a train station to type this review, I started with 25% on my phone, screen on, streaming music to my bluetooth headphones continuously, by the time I finished my phone was fully charged - the power bank was down to 88% - there's just loads of power on tap!This is a serious heavy duty charger that I'll never leave my house without if I can help it - forget those weedy little trickle charger power banks the KAKAFU will eclipse them!Amazing product, absolute value for money!
