Poor quality and leaves staining on maple
These disks performed very poorly. The abrasive came off of the backing pad in about 2 minutes of sanding maple that had already been brought to an 800 grit finish. After that short sanding period, the backing disc was just a bare, smooth plastic sheet. The worst part is that the red abrasive stained the birdseye maple that the cutting board was made of.To recap, very short lived discs that were completely worn out after sanding one side of a properly prepped 8"x12" cutting board and left red staining on the light color wood.I'll be returning these discs immediately.

Terrible!!!
Absolute worst sandpaper. I can only get half of one pass on a 2x2 area before it's clogged. Then i clean off and try again. Then clean off again then since the paper doesn't cut anymore the final pass is done with water since paper is no longer any good, and I manage one full wet pass then discard. I have every grit of paper from 36 to 3000 and this is the only paper that won't even go a full pass.

Shoes, beds, and tools - things you should never skimp on. You get what you pay for with these...
I really don't think these are supposed to be used with anything except extremely hard paints, if paints at all. I think these would be decent on ONLY bare surfaces, or, if you're going to go over a final paint surface for heavy duty correction. I used these to take a 500 grit sand down to 800. So far I've used 10 pads on one hood, and, well, I still have some correction and orange peel left. They clog up almost immediately. They work with my hook and loop Harbor Freight, so no problems with size and heat displacement (random orbital, even on the highest speed). I could be wrong, but, I would have done way better paying the same amount for maybe 5 pads if they didn't clog up, cause I have to keep stopping, pulling the pad, putting it back on, powering it on, and going back. Hope that helps you!EDIT: So, I'm still not THAT happy with these, but I figured out the clogging issue which is honestly just me being a good. I wasn't cleaning the surface properly between passes. So, that's my fault. I figured out that properly and thoroughly cleaning the surface, and then drying it 100% lead to almost 0 clogging issues. Also, in hind sight, I probably should have done 500 to 600 or even 700 first, before going 500 to 800. The surface difference between 500 and 800 is way more than I really imagined. So that's my fault as well. I'm going to keep it at 3 stars because they are still very flimsy and I still run through lots of pads, and the hook and loop backing is kinda iffy compared to other brands. But again, for the price, you're getting a good deal.

I was greatly disappointed! I used them with a 5" palm sander
I purchased a number of these in different grits trusting Amazon Prime to provide a quality product. I was greatly disappointed! I used them with a 5" palm sander, and then others with a 6" DA. None of them held up more than briefly. To give you a perspective, they sanded about a 2' x 2' area and they were done, noticeably not performing any more sanding. A waste of money, and highly disappointed in Amazon for selling these. I used them dry as they are supposed to be, and wet didn't help any. I purchased another brand and a single disc was good to do one entire side of a car I am prepping and painting.

Not that good
I bought these for the price and I was sent 150 grit instead. The paper backing is thin and I use 5x as many discs as with the Mirka discs which have a heavier backing and better hook and loop.Update- tried to flush sand some plugs on a coffee table and every single disc ripped and ruined the Velcro on the sanding pad. Reordered the mirka!!

Long lasting sanding disk.
I am in the process of repainting my 1984 Porsche and have been using adhesive backed disks. I got tired of wasting usable disks by changing grits frequently for different tasks. Changing to a hook and loop pad and disks has already paid for itself by allowing me to easily change and reuse pads until they are completely worn out.I bought the Sungold brand based on other reviews and have been very satisfied with the quality and durability of their sanding disks.

Not durable
I use these to sand water based polyurethane after it cures. The discs clog up too easily and then don't work that well. These are okay for light use.

Limited Life
Does not load like non holed pads but they did not last long at all. I barely made it through a panel without changing the pad. I will not purchase these again. 25 Pads for a small sedan. Needed more.
