I can't say for sure whether this formula benefits my health or not. I take a lot of supplements/vitamins so there's no way of knowing if it works or not. What I can say is that I believe the quality is very good. It's consistent. The company seems to be reputable and stand behind their products. You get what you pay for.Unless you REALLY know what you're buying... when you buy cheap supplements you WILL get junk that may or may not be what it claims to be and may even contain harmful substances. I can put sugar in a capsule, create a "lab report" in Microsoft Word and sell it as "HGH Formula" for $60 a bottle... and the worst part is that's legal.This stuff is not cheap and easy to produce in quality at large quantity. Stick with reputable companies and go for quality over quantity. I take this and recommend this product and other Lost Empire products.Guys... Thor's hammer is an excellent product.. just saying...

Just started using this product but it seems to work

Capsules will always be under dosed. They are for people who don’t want powders. If you look at the dosing the powder will always be more. Want similar results? Take more capsules. Any product from these guys is good. Figure out your dosing before thinking you know is something works or not. Logan, Zane, Cloud and crew have been walking this path for years prior to Lost Empire Herbs. Logan has tested these things on himself and gotten tests to show results. At one point raises his testosterone levels to over 900 I believe using nothing but these herbs they sell. But one way to make something NOT work. Doubt it with a closed mind. You just placebo’d yourself out of the full effects.

Under dosed proprietary blend of pine pollen, shilajit, black ant, and he shou wou. 1800mg for 3 capsules is not enough. I’m a athlete and noticed no benefits whatsoever

I've been taking it for almost 3 week's, with minimal results. Maybe I need to take it longer. Personally I think that the properity blend is not strong enough. I'll let you know when I finish the bottle if it's worth buying again.
