Minute 1: Reflect on God's Word.Minute 2: Read real-life application and encouragement.Minute 3: Pray...This is a small soft cover book that is typed in small aqua colored print which can make for difficult reading for some. However, the words leave me inspired while bringing peace to my soul. It is beautifully written.I purchased this for my 14 year old granddaughter and she has been reading it daily. She talks to me about the stories, new Scriptures she had learned and the meaning behind them. She loves this book which makes me very proud to have purchased it for her.

I bought these devos for the girls I lean as an intern & they used them daily. First devo book I got them to finish. RAVE.

I mentor a group a high school girls at my church. I wanted to order something for them that they could relate to and wasn't too cheesy looking. Their first reaction was to mock it--because they're 15/16 year olds who giggle at tough topics like sex, drugs, drinking, bullying...but several of the girls have told me that they read the book on their own and that they like it's not "preachy". The language in the book is very down-to-earth and on their level. And at the very least, it plants the seed for them to begin a prayer life.

Bought as gift

I was looking for personal devotionals or affirmations, I tried finding one that was no based in faith ( we are Christians but my daughter needed something geared to basic teen life ) I didn't notice any mention of God or religion in this product so decided to get it.Other wise good book, as described.

Bought as a gift for a 11yr old after virtual bible quiz. Read through a couple pages before sending off to them. Looks good.

Must for teens.You will learn a lot by reading this book than in school.
