Not sure I would say around 500g. I use mine for dried fruit.

How do you get new seals for the lids as mine were stuck together?

I don’t use the lid seals as I don’t think the lids screw on to the jar that well with them in. I use the jars for various dried foods without the seals and the food keeps well.
