I installed hose as instructed, turn on the water and 15 min later, it busted at the seam. Will try to repair with the included patch, if not able to, I will be returning this product.Update - the Seller was happy to refund my money without hesitation. Since the refund, the Seller has reached out and offered a replacement of the product if I changed my review. It's not that I was forced to change the rating or that I would be getting a free product, that wasn't my point. I just felt like the Seller was genuinely trying to maintain customer satisfaction so I changed my review to 3 stars. I also wanted to add that while the product was working for that short period of time, it worked as described and the height of the spray was taller than my grandson. There were a few streams that squirt outside the pad but it was still good to see my grandson happy. He had fun while it was working. It just developed a hole in the seam and thus limited our enjoyment of the product.

This little splash pool entertained my two young grandsons for hours! They had some pretend fishing poles with magnets and little play fish which made the pool perfect. I love that it feels safer than a kiddie pool. We had no problem with leakage and it feels well made.

This sprinkler pad is great for cooling off outside! Kids can sit on it, in a little puddle to splash in, dance on it in the pretend rain, run across like a sprinkler or run around it in Circle fun, playing games around it. It will spray very low, medium or high, depending on the water pressure. It comes with wonderful, attentive, & caring customer service as well. I highly recommend. Cant be beat! 😊

Good buy in summer time. My grandbabies liked it very much. They were very excited and had great fun with it! It is easy to set up and bigger than expected. Simple to set up, literally just attach the hose. Also folds up small easy to pack and take away with you. The kids were running and sliding on it. It was very durable and didn't rip or tear.

Spread it out, hooked it up. It busted at the seams about 2 minutes in. Dried it off and patched it and it busted at another seam. The water was kept very low too. I had to gorilla tape the entire outside seam to get more than 15 minutes of play. To be fair my 3 year old loved it even if it was busted he turned it into a make shift slip and slide.

Water flo was minimal. Very Disappointed and so were the kids. Could of bought a regular sprinkler in fact two for that price. Waste of money and time.

My nephew love it. It is perfect and easy to use in the backyard for Summer. High recommended!

Needs to have a special hose connection - not included. The spray never got very high and went in all directions - not just into the center. Then the outer ring POPPED - first time we turned it on. The "patch tape" was just cellophane tape and did not hold. Very unhappy!! Terrible product!!
