A must buy if your into all natural skin care. I especially like the information at beginning on vitamins, oils ect. This book is very good at making you knowledgeable of many skin care products and how to use them.

Books are 50-50 by that I mean some are worth it and others one are not. This one was not I did return it

Its and excelent book. It has a very good information and many recepies easy to practice.I love it and I recomended it.

Read the recipes and the intstructions but have not tried any of them yet. Have to try out the masks and see how they work. Especially in the cold months in Michigan I would like to see the results on my skin.

not as simple as i expected. requires purchasing too many items you may not have around the house.
