Ok so I was a little skeptical, but I tried this product out anyway. I have been using this for a week now and I noticed that my hair is breaking less which means the hair looks a little more full than it used to. I am not growing new hair, I am just having less breakage which means the hair that used to break is now finally able to grow and fill in the areas that did not look so thick. I did not have any bad acne from this nor did my face become any more clear for me. I also did not notice that my nails are breaking less often (I have always been able to grow long nails but lately my nails were breaking and splitting more so I had noticed a decrease in that as well.) Overall this has worked quite well for at least a week. I will update once I have used it a bit longer. Just wanted to say that I saw small improvements within the first full week of using this product. I think one should at least give it a month before leaving a final review which I will update then as well. (that is unless one has experienced negative reactions then I would not recommend continuing). update 1/2/2013 So here's an update, my hair is growing faster, still no acne problem, it did clear up my dandruff which I started having after having my daughter (not sure if the pregnancy caused it, but it just happened around that time) well anyways problem solved. Nails still break but not sure if it's because I'm harder on them or what they break less but still break none the less. they don't split they just break so i suppose they are stronger. My hair looks fuller, I have my hair up constantly so the ponytail holders tended to break my hair now I dont have as much breakage but that could also be that my hair grows faster too. SO bottom line, my hair is nicer and shiny and I am a happy customer! update 10/22/2013 So just giving another update wow time flies! anyways, hair still looking lovely and no acne yay! ok so my dandruff is little to non existent PRAISE THE LORD! I also noticed that while I was cutting/crushing garlic I cut my nail like really bad and it cut almost half way across my nail bed ouch! well needless to say nail grew out fast! I kid you not cant make this stuff up took only a week for it to grow back and it's not completely back to normal but no one knew I had done it! was it because of the biotin? who knows but all I can say is my nails grow faster than I first thought especially after I sliced half of it off! I was worried it was painful and skin below nail exposed it was incredibly painful (def not recommended) but good news the chunk I cut off was big enough I picked it out of the food and no I wasn't working in a restaurant I was cooking for my daughter who is now 6. so do I still recommend this yep!

Hmmm...this might end up being a very long review. Few background information: I am an African residing in the US (so I have an afro-kinky hair). I bought this drug because the last time I took out my weave, I mistakenly chopped off a large chunk of my hair. Also, I have the softest nails ever so they barely make it past one week after growing because they will break/tear off somehow. I mostly buy products based on hard evidence that it works. At the same time, I strongly understand that PEOPLE ARE DIFFERENT and what works for the majority may not necessarily work for you. That said, I started using the Biotin pills second week of September 2012. I was a bit skeptical particularly with the reviews that said they got awful acne breakouts but I decided to go ahead and try it. 2 weeks later, I got breakouts on my chin. HOWEVER, I am not sure if this is attributable to the biotin because the week I started taking the biotin, I also threaded my chin hair (first time ever)and I am more convinced that the breakout on my chin/neck may have resulted from the threading. Anyways, it is November 7th, about 2 months after I started taking Biotin (I missed a few days of the pills when I traveled for a conference) and I have noticed VERY REMARKABLE growth in my nails (both fingers and toes). Not only are they longer, they are stronger as well. This has also motivated me to take good care of my nails. As per hair growth/strengthening, I can't really say if it has worked because i have a protective hair-do right now that requires me leaving out some of my natural hair that I flat iron every morning but I have not noticed any breakages or thinning so I think the Biotin is working. Hopefully when I take out my weave in one month, I will be able to update this review. Yes I will recommend this product for anyone BUT y'all need to understand that PEOPLE ARE DIFFERENT and you may not get the results others are getting. In addition. if the product promotes hair growth, then you should definitely expect hair growth in other parts of your body as well. I mean, head hair is not different from leg hairs et al. Having hair growth in other body parts doesn't bother me because, I will shave them anyways ..biotin or not. Finally, Biotin is not a miracle medicine. I am aware that other factors contribute to hair/nail growth and healthier skin. For example, I just started a new healthy lifestyle regime where I eat lots of fruits, drink plenty water and work out. So whatever changes I am noticing in my body may be as a result of other factors in addition to OR with exclusion of Biotin. BUT I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND BIOTIN TO ANYONE ..afterall, it is AFFORDABLE!

I have used Natrol for several years. Without it, my hair is very fine..but with a daily tablet I have far less hair fall. My hair is fuller and super healthy. When starting out it takes a few weeks to kick in but once it does it makes a big difference.

These biotin gummies are really easy to take and taste amazing with a natural strawberry flavor. I noticed my hair fall has reduced since I started using them. That said, I also followed other hair care steps alongside, so the overall improvement is a combination of both. Still, very happy with this product and would recommend it!

Nice taste, easy to take, show results when take it well done as a supplement. Play with it, taking sometimes doesn't bring any results. Even reducing the appetite and promote the improvement of metabolism are visible after 1 to 2 weeks taking it daily (at morning).
