I want to start with the fact that this company is 5-star awesome. Great customer support and return policy.That said the jaw was very dull and the teeth were not machined after forging. I gave a three star cause I love the company but the Jaw gets 1- star. The teeth were so rounded off it was duller than the original Ridgid jaw on the stand that was 20+ years old and had sustained several blows from a hammer.I ended up having to return this one and buy an original Ridgid replacement which was 3x the cost but worth it. In my trade I can't afford pipes in my vice to slip.
