Great after sales service 👍🏻 (Great bit of kit)
Ordered this quad for my little one to use, arrived promptly and is a very solid machine, definitely more of a vehicle than a toy and not for the faint hearted, but the speed control made it manageable for a (big for his age) 4 year old.Now to explain the headline. When the quad arrived, it worked for about 40mins then died. After a bit of fault finding (they mention in the ad about being happy to get stuck in for maintenance) it transpired the control module had blown, So why 5 stars?Well, I wish my local Volvo dealership offered the same level of support! Nothing was too much to ask and replacement parts were provided at no cost to me (obviously I wouldn’t expect this indefinitely!).The quad is now up and running and my boy loves it!One small note, I’d move the reverser switch about 5cms away from the throttle so that little fingers can’t switch with throttle applied, but this isn’t difficult!Thanks Epic Stuff, I’ll be shopping with you again 👍🏻
