These beautiful african sandals are handmade by the fundi - local term in swahili for sandals specialized craftsman. The bead ''flower'' is made by high skilled artisans on beadwork (usually women). The beads are strung on fishing line and once the design ready, it's attached (sewing) on the sandals. Depending on design, it takes one day to make three to for pairs of beads ''flower". Also the shape of internal sole leather and external rubber sole is made by hand (cut) using a pattern. Leather shade can be slightly different than in the picture. Weight: approximately 0.9 lb. If the sandals get wet, we do not advise to keep them to dry on direct sunlight. Please take a look at our size chart. The lengths on the chart are the actual sandal dimensions. If you are deciding between two sizes we recommend choosing the larger one. We offer full sizes only. In order to make the sandals fit your feet well, we advise measuring the length of your feet and ordering a size that is 0.4 (1 cm) longer. When measuring your feet please put your heel against the wall and mark the length until the end of your longest toe. Then add 0.4 inches (1 cm) and compare to the size on the chart above.
