I can't tolerate the flavor of vinegar, so this makes it so much easier for me to take apple cider vinegar.

Great value. Haven't seen any noticeable results but I know it's beneficial. Certainly more convenient to take than swallowing the liquid!

Holy moly these smell strong. When I took off the seal, I had to take a step back. The smell was overpowering. I didn't taste it when I swallowed the pill though. So far, it hasn't shown any difference but I just started using it today. I did have some gummies that worked right away. Maybe a difference between gummies and tablets? I would think eventually they will work with how strong they smell. It will knock your socks off.

Pills are not coated and are very nasty, so not taking them anymore.

Apple cider vinegar helps with urinary issues and appetite control. I've taken it for years. Bottle came sealed well. Dry pressed tablet. It works great. Easy to swallow because it's round.
