Just like everyone else, I hate pain, but I've been getting through my life better with these. Seems fresh, not stale. I like this product of tumeroc & ginger better for my health than a similar product of plain curcumin that I had been using for the last 2 years because it was just okay. Some days I split the suggested dose of 2 capsules throughout the day between meals, some days I take 2 at once.

Great product with big results. I have had joint pain for years and problems with inflamed lymph nodes and this has really turned things around for me. I feel great and no longer have the pain. Definitely recommend

Product was recommended by my doctor. Wish it were cheaper or could be purchased with HSA/ FSA. Not seeing noticeable improvement after first six weeks.

This is best taken with a full meal and a lot of water. I take this with breakfast and about 4 oz of water and have no issues with reflux or stomach pains. Try to start with half a dose (one capsule) for a week or two, then try a full dose. I shed a lot of retained water after taking this, so keep your fluids up.

I have bought this many times. This bottle was different. The yellow pills I bought on the Apr 19th and the orange were bought on April 27. I couldn't figure out why I was in so much pain. Now I know. I got a bad bottle. A credit would be nice. It is a great product. I bought this from a different supplier and received 2 bottles same issue. Bad bottle

Many reviewers are reporting severe stomach pain from this supplement. I take the 2 caps with my largest meal & had no issues whatsoever. Before bed - also no issues (but maybe because my dinner was not fully digested).Please don't discount this excellent supplement for fear of stomach issues.Inflammation & body aches was plaguing me; now, arthritis in back, impinged shoulder. Rather than comply with our "sick care" solution of 3 different pain meds, I opted for this natural solution, as well as NAC.Research the ingredients in this supplement, specifically boswellia vs. aspirin. Give it - and food & lifestyle changes- try before submitting to toxic meds!
