Awesome!!!
These shoes are great! I bought these for my 6 year old to wear to camp this summer & they are perfect. They satisfy the camps requirements for closed toed shoes and water shoes. They dry quickly and don't smell. My son says they're really comfortable too! I'll buy these again for next summer too!Update: I wrote that review last summer (2014) & didn't realize I hadn't posted it. I just bought these sandals AGAIN for my son but I also bought a pair for his 3 year old brother. Both kids love them. They both say the shoes are comfortable and that is golden. I hate buying shoes only for them to refuse to wear them. They've held up beautifully too! My oldest is really hard on his shoes & has gone in creeks, mud, sand, dirt, etc & they don't show the slightest wear. They'll be perfect to hand down to his little brother in a couple of years.

Great Sandal
My daughter had a pair of these that she outgrew and we couldn't find the larger size in stock anywhere except on Amazon. The sandals are great for summer days where she's constantly in and out of the water. They dry quickly and are comfortable for nature treks. I particularly like that the front design protects her toes, while still allowing air to circulate to keep her feet cool like a sandal should. Great sandal! My son has the same model in blue/black. I definitely recommend them, but would suggest ordering a size larger as they run small. My daughter and son both typically wear shoes that are one size smaller than the ones I ordered, and it worked out fine.

good shoe
My six year old loves these. He picked these instead of an open toed sandal. Smart, Because he always manages to stub is toe in regular sandals. And closed toe shoes like Crocs or Keens gave him an athlete's foot like condition last summer. These are open just enough. Would purchase again. Well made. True sizing. He did complain of them rubbing his heel the first few times he wore them, but they seem fine after several wearings. Would have been nice if they had an adjustable heel strap. Overall great active sandal for active boys!

Worth every penny.
Protects the Toes, Fits the Human foot (not that pretend foot that all the cheap shoes seem to think exists- the skinny one with straight toe boxes and no arch.) I love love this sandal. Kids can run, walk, and have good walking posture and proper stepping with this sandal, they can even climb trees, and their foot stays nice and cool. I used the sizing chart provided, and a centimeter ruler to measure my child's foot, and they came in the mail and fit perfect with just a few millimeters of growing room to last the entire summer.

Great Sport Sandal, Can Rub Child's heel
This is a great sport sandal. I bought 1 pair for my 5 year old, who loved the cushioning and toe protection. Fits well in all areas except it gives a little heel rub. I suspect this is normal and my kid just has to get used to it and develop some thick skin there. We bought another pair for my 2.5 year old, who loves them too. We make the kids wear socks or put on a bandage if they complain of heel irritation.

Excellent Product
I've bought three pairs of these sandals over three years for my kid, now 10, to wear as sneaker substitutes from late Spring to early Fall. She's very active, and the sports sandals stay on her feet no matter how she runs, scrambles up climbing walls, swims/canoes in the river, etc. They wear well (she grows out of them first). The toe protection is very useful - I wish they made them for adults. They are less stinky than Keanes, which do not dry quickly or well.

Toes are WAY TOO TIGHT!!!
Toes don't adjust! No idea why there is even a strap?? Rubbed my son's feet raw! He won't we're them, can't blame him. Waste of money. FYI, he has normal to skinny feet. Shame on you teva!!!!

Not the Toachi I
I have bought the Teva Toachi for my son in the past and was very happy with them. The toachi 2 seems to have deviated in quality some. My 7 year old son wore them around all day on a scrambling, hiking, climbing trip just after purchase and had blisters where the top straps are. There could defintely be a better padding or design on that part of the shoe. He has not had blisters again wearing them, but has not worn them for an all day hike again either. He mostly only wears them to the creek. They seem fine in the water, but overall he seems unwilling to wear them around, leading me to believe they are a little uncomfortable. We never had any of these issues with Chaco sandals or the Toachi I. They are just so/so in my opinion. The price was good, but I don't reccommend them.
