My conclusion is that there are excellent showerheads that use a bit more water or there are showerheads that are miserly and really do not do a great job. I would also recommend the Sharper Image style low flow showerhead as an alternative if you are seeking a low flow solution. This showerhead really does act like a drizzly rain, but that is not always a good thing. Yes, it's gentle, but that's not always the best effect for shampooing the hair, either. Also, it tends to keep drizzling long after the water has been turned off, meaning that you get dripped on as you try to exit the shower, or else you wait as the now cold or cooling water drools on you. It looks great and is most impressive to first time onlookers, so it will find a place of glory in the guest bath! However, for the bedroom shower I am going back to the Sharper Image unit, which is very well made, and actually provides a degree of air jetted spray force.

This showerhead is beautifully made, and boasts a nice wide shower head. The water flow is very pleasant, wide, and soft. It comes with a good S-shaped extension pipe. It even has a nice sound when water flows through it. The Pollenex is my second favorite showerhead.My favorite is the Deluge Country Club Shower head. That one is cheaply made and kind of cheesy looking. But the water flow is awesome. It provides a soft, drenching, gentle, high flow shower. It is like standing out in a warm rain on a tropical island. It also has an extension arm that adjusts it beautifully for us tall folks.I have decided to give my Pollenex to Goodwill, and go back to the Deluge Country Club.

It looks nice and if you like a trickle of water (more like a sprinkle than a shower) then you will like this. I dont and uninstalled it after a week. It would have been nice if the product specs mentioned there is no water pressure. Even taking it apart and drilling more holes in it didnt help much.

As a showerhead it works great. Just be aware that once installed the head comes out at about the same height as the wall fitting, that put it about forehead level for me. Since you need to stand pretty much directly under the showerhead it wasn't a very comfortable situation. It was easily solved by getting an extended goose neck to replace the one that came with it at a big box hardware store near by for ~$20. Still this added to the price before I could use it, just FYI.Ry

It broke loose after only 3 days and almost smashed my foot. The heavy shower head is inadequately suspended from a thin and flimsy nozzle. This is cheap junk from China. Stay away.

Overall pretty satified with the shower, looks elegant...andgives you a nice and refreshing shower. Although if you are looking for a power wash then this is not for you. its more like a steady stream of water pouring down....

Anyone who doesn't like this showerhead clearly didn't see "rain", "low-flow", and "extra-large" peppered throughout the item's description. I wanted a showerhead that would rain down on me with little pressure, because my shower is such that one's head and shoulder's are above the curtain, and I was tired of water blasting off me and onto the walls, floor, window, mirror, etc. It comes with an attachment that allows it to aim directly down, and the pressure is wonderful. Three beautiful showers in three days! Solid brass! Vintage-looking goes with my 1920's-style bathroom. Great price! I'm still excited.

This product come with a washer that keep causing the leak. It works fine for few weeks then the washer become worn out and it keep causing the leak. Now I just leave it in my garage and can't return it or use it. very bad investment.
