Kalliston Green Olives stuffed with Sundried Tomato imported from Greece

These are seriously delicious umami bombs! I have been a vegan for almost 7 years to keep inflammation down in my heart. Vegan food can lack “bottom” in the flavor department, so I am always looking for intense flavors. I can’t get the deep flavor a smoked ham hock brings to the party, so I learned to focus on umami.These stuffed olives pack a powerful umami punch that I find delightful. I am absolutely hooked on these gems. I add the left over olive oil to my salad dressings to boost them to the next level.Thank you for a wonderful product!

These are sumptuous, delicious olives stuffed with sun-dried tomatoes. However, once you refrigerate after opening, the olives are trapped in an opaque, congealed mess of oil that has to be wiped off before you put them in a drink!
