AMC Cervical Neck Traction Device for Head & Shoulder Relief, Blue

I'd like to give this 2.25 stars. I have a 19" collar, and this device may be too small for me, I feel like I'm being strangled before I add air, and adding air enough to support my neck is impossible. However, because of the lack of instructions, I'm don't know if I am using it properly. I had high hopes for this device, but after messing with it for the last 20 minutes I'm feeling unconvinced. I have some hook and loop straps sitting around here; I may try to extend the existing ones. My device does not have the "blue wheel" as mentioned in the description or many reviews, instead it has a little ball in the hose as pictured. I'm leaving the ball in the side pocket for now, since the valve on the bulb seems to do a good job holding air. The valve does not do a good job releasing air, much easier to pull the bulb off the hose.Edit: I've returned this product and I'm looking for something similar that is actually fitted rather than a "one size fits none" product. I have something promising on order and will edit this again when I find the right one.Edit 2: I ordered a Pnue Neck device. It comes in 4 sizes, and I ordered the largest which barely fits me. But it works good after replacing short hose and defective inflator bulb.

We are thankful that the order arrived so quickly but, we're a little depressed that the pump coupling wouldn't hold securely to the next section of tubing. It was not a long-term frustration because we were able to use the pump section from our old one. While that worked for us it would have been a returnable item for someone that had not previously owned one.

have pain once in a while at base of skull and neck runs to front of fore head. I just want to pull my head off. Went to therapist actually pulled my head with a towel and pulled base of skull with her hands, it helped. Have used this product twice for about ten minutes each time and has relieved the pain and has not gotten worse as normal. The quality is well worth the money spent. I did not have problem with getting tube on pump, I had problem keeping tube on the pump. Purchase of small clamp did the trick.

I have a problem in my neck that has only been helped with manual traction by a PT. This thing is amazing. It accomplishes exactly what she does but without having to wait. The flocking makes it comfortable to wear any time for however long I want and I can continue to do my activities while wearing it. I even slept in it. I've only used this one day but already the change is amazing, feel like a new person. The only down side is that the bulb comes unattached and wants to slip off a little too easily.

The unit arrived without the clamp needed to maintain inflation. The pump won't stay attached to the hose, I had to secure it with a small wire tie. It's fairly comfortable to use though not as effective as the traditional iver the door systems. If nothing else, I think it will make an excellent travel pillow.

I was hoping ... but, it turned out to be just as useless and stupid gadget as it appears to be.

It does not hold air. Basically useless. Unforturnately I missed the return policy by 1 day.

If made for bigger neck I would be happy. Feels like I'm chocking myself haha
