This product is great for the price! My littles loved it! And I was really pleased with their finished designs! The 8 year old girl enjoyed it most but the 10 and 12 year old boys also liked it! We enjoyed doing a fun fall craft as a family with this product! Would definitely recommend or buy again!

This is awesome even for adults!!!! I got this as a Christmas gift for my 5 year old son and he of course loved it we did it together. I came up with the idea that we could paint the rocks and then leave them at the local parks when the weather warms up for other people to find. He thought that was really cool and really enjoyed painting the rocks with me! But I also found that it was very therapeutic and after he went to bed I found myself doing it by myself! I enjoyed it and I think I will be purchasing another because it is so therapeutic! I think I found a new hobby!😂 Also the paint is very thick and it dries very quickly my husband said that he read on the instructions that the pain actually hardens over time. This paint works very well with rocks. I tried a crayola paint and that did not work. We were able to get the gold stencil tattoo things to work on the rocks but not the black ones. But I think I got it for $10 on sale so it was definitely worth the money!

The rocks did not glow much in the dark after applying the glow stick pen paint. However, the kiddos had fun creating and painting.

What a great value for the price! The package arrived on time and contained everything listed on the the packages, plus 7 paints. Everything was in excellent condition. The rocks are a nice size and are of various neutral, natural colors. The 7 paint colors included are nice and bright. Would most definitely recommend this product.

Kids enjoyed this. The rocks was just right and the paint was fine. I had kids paint rocks in Sunday school we learned about Jesus’ Triumphal entry and yes I know people typically do palm leaves but Luke 19:40 says “But He answered and said to them, “I tell you that if these should keep silent, the stones would immediately cry out.”So why not have kids paint rocks. I like to think outside the box and not do the typical. I mean kids these days learn totally different than we did back in the day. You have to hold their attention.But was easy to use for the kids. Was easy to clean up afterwards. Just threw the 99 cent table cloth's away and washed the brushes. I had other paints also we put them on paper plates and kids went at it. Passed time and got to learn about Jesus and the story leading up to resurrection sunday.I did wash them the day before. Was some really cool rocks in there but hey I collect rocks.

I’ve purchased a couple of these kits for my nine-year-old and this one is a disappointment. Many reviews claim that their paint was missing .... the paint was included in ours but it’s pointless because the plastic lids don’t close after opening them so you can’t tip the paints over in any way (this kit is for *kids* — come on!). The paints were also runny and thin. Useless. Nothing was missing from our kit and the rocks were mostly smooth, ranging in size from 1-inch to 2-inches in length. The instruction booklet is brief and uninspiring. Haven’t tried the stickers/decals yet.TL:DR — the 3 stars are for the rocks only.Another rock painting kit we purchased and had fun with was the Jar Melo one here at Amazon. More expensive, had fewer rocks (though great quality and sizes), but the paints and brushes are higher quality and the starter booklet has step by step instructions and provides lots of motivation and inspiration for kids.
