Pure encapsulations never misses with their supplements! I take two a day, one in the morning and the other at night. Bloating and cravings have decreased, BIG TIME. Amazing quality!!! I have more energy now than when I was dealing with chronic bloating and inflammation. Their digestive enzymes are also amazing.

I really like these supplements. The cost is a little high, but for the sense of peace that you know what you’re getting I feel like it’s worth it. I don’t have any adverse side effects because the supplements are high-quality. I appreciate that their packaging doesn’t have a ton of extra space like most supplements, though there is still extra packaging.

I love that they're easy to swallow and do not hurt my stomach even if I take them on an empty stomach. A little pricey but worth it.

I have liked Pure Encapsulation vitamins every time and these were great. The only downside is I read an article talking about using L'glutamine to heal leaky gut and he recommended 10 to 15 g per day! So I had to get a powder to use to treat for the first 2 to 3 weeks and then use this one for maintenance.

I absolutely love this brand. It was suggested by my lady who does my Accupuncture. Tbh, it’s hard to tell, but I do believe this brand makes me feel a bit better than others.

good price and quality

While the supplement is probably very good, I gave it three stars because it does contain corn, which I have a strong reaction to, and that is not mentioned on the bottle. I’ve had to eliminate corn and and corn by-products from my diet, along with gluten. So, I try to find supplements which have neither gluten nor corn. I have reacted to a few, and this one was questionable. I contacted the company about their supplements that I was taking, and they were extremely helpful. One, the L-Glutamine, does contain corn. Corn is an allergen for many people; I only wish it was mentioned on the label. Now I have a product that I can’t use and can’t return, so I am out $23. So, if you are sensitive to corn, this is not for you.
