Not what I expected
A few things to know before buying this DVD: yes it's cheaper than other aquarium DVDs, which is why I made the mistake of buying it, but it has several flaws that make it unsatisfactory to me.1) Looping - The tracks loop automatically, as advertised. The important note here is that the looping is not seamless - at the end of the track the screen fades to black, then it fades back in to the beginning of the track (or the next track, if you're playing all). Since some of the tracks are only 10 minutes long, that is a lot of fading to black, and really detracts from the point of an aquarium DVD, to be an attractive, non-obtrusive background/ambience feature.2) Audio - The sounds might be "natural," but they are not natural aquarium sounds, they are ocean sounds that are completely out of place on an aquarium DVD.Other than that... The image quality is good but not spectacular - it might be filmed using HD cameras as claimed in the product description, but it isn't on Blu-Ray and the quality is not comparable. The fish are colorful and there's a good variety of tropical tanks available, although as previously stated some of the tracks are only 10 minutes long.Bottom line: If you're looking for an inexpensive aquarium DVD to entertain young children, patients/customers in waiting rooms, and other audiences with short attention spans, this is a reasonable purchase. If you're looking for a quality aquarium DVD to leave running in your living room for hours on end that will actually look/sound like an aquarium, invest a bit more money on a higher quality DVD or Blu-Ray. I wish I had done that to begin with, now I've wasted money buying this cheaper one, and will have to buy a more expensive one anyway.

Easier than taking care of real fish as a sleep aide!
Good way to relax to help you fall asleep! Don't forget to put your timer on your TV because you will fall asleep watching the fish with the sea sound option. It has choices of viewing tanks with and without music and even one that looks like the bottom of the ocean.
