and this one is as good as it gets
This product has always done the job for me. When ever I need to cut back on the food intake I start taking a couple a day 'till I get over the hump of less food. Most of the cravings that people expect to be suppressed are the carb withdrawal growls. That is problematic. STOP eating simple carbs (including sugar) and THAT will stop. The product is sound if you understand what is happening. I have tried other brands, and this one is as good as it gets. Something I can not say for all brands I have tried. You should not need to take this product very long before your system gets used to less food. Maybe a week. Making better food choices will keep you trim at any age. I'm 67 and trim. Four years ago I was 60 lbs overweight. 'Nuff said.
