Great keychain!
We do not use these for hammocks/climbing/rigging or anything like that. My wife had a cheapo dollar section carabiner that she used as a keychain. (I found it funny hers had NOT FOR CLIMBING stamped on it) It lasted longer than I would have thought but the spring in the clasp hinge gave up and any time I had her car I was dropping keys off of it ( Im not sure how this problem was exclusive to me...) So i bought this for her. Overkill for a keychain - but they arent going to fall off!

Perfect for my hammock
I was scared they wouldn’t be strong enough…Fears were unfounded! I use them with my hammock and they have held my weight and the weight of other things like my pack in there with me. No signs of stress or damage. …even with me dropping down into the hammock!Good quality. You can trust them. Not rated for climbing, but holding stable loads as in hammock camping, they’re great.

Very High Quality and Small
I use these with my block and tackle to pull my ride-on mower out of holes when I make a steering mistake. The are perfect for such a low strength use. I was a climber and consider these very well made. This is not like the junk sold in hardware stores as key clips.

Solid, non-stick, non-snag
Good, solid 'biners. These are rated 12KN, which should be a whole lot more than the hammock you're likely hanging from them. They have no detectable rough edges, operate smoothly, and sound cool as they clink together in the bag, because, let's face it, that's why you buy this sort of thing.

Very sturdy and extremely light weight
Bought these carabiners for use with my hammock, as well as for holding gear while rock climbing. Great carabiners. Very strong at a 12kN rating, although the company clearly states they are not rated for rock climbing and rappelling. Gates snap shut securely each time. Great product.

Lightweight and Strong
Only used a couple of times with my Hennessy Hammock but they worked great. They are light and should be perfect for backpacking or just taking along when hammock camping. I would definitely recommend these and will buy another set as the need arises (my four kids and I are getting into hammock camping so these will come in very handy).

Best carabiners out there for recreational use
Best carabiners out there for recreational use. We use ours for scuba accessories. We use the different colors to correlate to an individual diver to help keep equipment sorted out. The design is not susceptible to corrosion (compared to others), and it does not snag when trying to quickly clip to material or rope. I order a bag or two of these prior to every scuba trip.

Perfect for light work.
I use mine to hang my stethoscope at work and it works perfectly/ light weight with a large easy to access gate. i don't know if i would use it for climbing a cliff but for everything else you use a carabiner for it is perfect. oh and the color of mine was i little darker than the one in the pic.
