Great keychain!
We do not use these for hammocks/climbing/rigging or anything like that. My wife had a cheapo dollar section carabiner that she used as a keychain. (I found it funny hers had NOT FOR CLIMBING stamped on it) It lasted longer than I would have thought but the spring in the clasp hinge gave up and any time I had her car I was dropping keys off of it ( Im not sure how this problem was exclusive to me...) So i bought this for her. Overkill for a keychain - but they arent going to fall off!

great products at a cheap price
great products at a cheap price, super handy to have while backpacking or while day hiking. I use them to hang my pack on a tree, my cup or other small things I need easy access to on the outside of my pack and the roof of my hammock, as well as holding my dSLR on my day pack shoulder strap for easy access.

Great value on these high quality and lightweight hammock carabiner.
Great value on these high quality and lightweight hammock carabiner. Every surface of the carabiner is smooth, so I don't have to worry about it eventually wearing through my hammock straps. The Wiregate is also firm, but not difficult to open or so firm that it will severely pinch fingers if it closed on them.

Very High Quality and Small
I use these with my block and tackle to pull my ride-on mower out of holes when I make a steering mistake. The are perfect for such a low strength use. I was a climber and consider these very well made. This is not like the junk sold in hardware stores as key clips.

Very sturdy and extremely light weight
Bought these carabiners for use with my hammock, as well as for holding gear while rock climbing. Great carabiners. Very strong at a 12kN rating, although the company clearly states they are not rated for rock climbing and rappelling. Gates snap shut securely each time. Great product.

Solid, non-stick, non-snag
Good, solid 'biners. These are rated 12KN, which should be a whole lot more than the hammock you're likely hanging from them. They have no detectable rough edges, operate smoothly, and sound cool as they clink together in the bag, because, let's face it, that's why you buy this sort of thing.

Good for light duty, but not medium or heavy duty jobs.
Good for storing or holding lightweight items in place, like water bottles or other small things. They are not for climbing or securing loads on a vehicle. One of them broke in half when I was trying to use it to help secure a table in my pickup.

.75 oz is hard to beat, function well but not quite the same as camp n.a.n.o biners which way the same with a 21kn rating.
