Perfect replacement manifold!
Perfect replacement for my broken manifold. Install was easy and this manifold was an exact fit. Picture shows the broken manifold I removed, I forgot to grab a pic of the new one before installing.

Drop in replacement for pentair 2000 series
This is a drop in replacement for pentair sm/smbw 2048 DE filter. Replaced as my filter fins were finally done after 19 years and it seemed like a good idea. No issues with fitment, appeared to be an identical part with bleed tube hole. Accepted aftermarket fins with alignment notches.

cheap and easier than glue and stainless safety wire.
Unit is tapered press (interference) fit so turn the old one right and or left but pull up to remove. Has additional primer/blead hole I did not previously have requiring purchase of a tube to run up to the top of the filters. Otherwise fits my 50 year old Stainless CHD tank with Pentair Grids just fine. Recommend purchasing Hight Flow Air Relief If not already installed on tank top.
