Its a decent shimmer topper for eye shadow. PLEASE do not let the picture decieve you. You will have to use a good quality eye primer and/or pink eye shadow to achieve remotely close to the picture provided on amazon.The color is Cinderella and has a pretty sparkle. It is basically the equivalent of the glitter glue sticks you made holiday cards with in grade school.I did receive the products earlier than the shipping stated and for $1.50 its not to much of a loss. You get what you pay for. Will be cute arou d the holiday or for a fun eye makeup.
