Capital rose garden is part of Black Dahlia Lacquer Austin-inspired capital collection developed in partnership with beauty box 5. Capital rose garden is a coral pink with color-shifting shimmer and the appearance of a scattered finish. It is opaque in one to two coats. This is for our full size 14 ml polish. Black Dahlia Lacquer polishes are hand mixed in small batches in Austin so slight variations are possible, but we do our best to ensure consistency. We use only vegan, cruelty-free products. We have been certified cruelty free by leaping bunny. Our polish is also 5-free, meaning it does not contain DBP, toluene, formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin or camphor. Ingredients: Butyl acetate, ethyl acetate, nitrocellulose, acetyl tributes citrate, isobutyl acetate, isopropyl alcohol, glycol anhydride copolymer, silica, styrene/acrylates copolymer, N-butyl alcohol, benzophenone-1, D and violet, hectoliter, citric acid. May contain: Nitrocellulose, aluminum, silica, calcium sodium borosilicate, aluminum calcium sodium silicate, synthetic FD and lakes, D and lakes, tin oxide, iron blue, manganese violet, iron oxides, titanium dioxide, ferric Ferro cyanide, synthetic mica, ultramarines, mica and glitter.
