High level electrolyte hydration powders = good to me.
my favorite hydration powder for endurance rides and fighting off cramping and fatigue. huge factors for me in Arizona's hot summer weather rides.Has a great taste and balance of electrolytes like 2-3x more than skratch or several other brands.I appreciate the low sugar content too, I like to be able to adjust that independent of my electrolytes and helps keep my stomach happy and not bent over in pain.

Five stars!
This is the best thing ever for after a night of drinking! Tastes really good too. I first tried this product at the mr. Olympia expo. It's mostly meant to be a post workout supplement, but I just use it to help with hangovers, great product!

It Is Not For Me
Personally, Gatorade has always been my go to product for rehydration after lengthy, strenuous exercise. It is relatively cheap, it tastes good, it seems to get the job done, and I can drink it fast without upsetting my stomach. I had never tried an EAS Hydrate product yet and thought I would give it a try to see how it was.I tried the product several times and I honestly did not care for the flavor. The smell of the product once mixed is a pleasant orange smell which reminds me of Tang, though not as strong smelling. When I take a drink, the first taste that hits me is the taste of salts. That is quickly followed by a chemically orange flavor that I did not find pleasing. Again, quickly following the orange was a subtle sweetness. The finish of the flavor is this kind of pleasant sweet and saltiness on the tongue.I did not find the overall flavor of this product pleasing. Kind of like a flat beer, it just seems that something is missing when you taste it.I checked the nutrition profile of the EAS Hydrate Workout Supplement and see that 8 ounces has 25 calories with 270mg of sodium and 180mg of potassium. The Lemon-Lime Gatorade has about 53 calories with about 107mg of sodium and about 30mg of potassium.EAS Hydrate has almost 3 times the sodium and 6 times the potassium of Gatorade with half the calories. Is this a good thing? I am not sure, but my thought process is this. If I am exercising to the point where I am worrying about my sodium and potassium levels that much, then I probably want to try to do whatever I can to be getting calories for fuel in my system as well. I think I would be willing to sacrifice some electrolytes to gain some extra calories.I am really hoping to earn the trifecta in the Spartan Race series this year. I found that I had problems drinking this product rapidly like if I were to drink at a water/fueling station. There was just something about the flavor and/or composition of this particular product that just did not work for me and did not feel right in my stomach. I would not discourage anyone from trying this product to see if it works for them. However, I personally plan on sticking with Gatorade.I also wanted to mention that I did drink several glasses of this prior to going to bed after drinking a lot of beer at a beer festival a few weeks back. As I got older, I seem to be much more prone to hangovers. However, I did wake up feeling great the next morning. I will be trying this product again as a hangover preventative.
