Good nightstand for the price
Super easy to put together. It took me about 40 minutes for the first one and the second one took 20 minutes and I didn't need the instructions. I only needed a phillips screwdriver. The frame is solid wood but the inner shelf, inside of the drawer, and sides are not. It still feels sturdy over all. You get what you pay for, I think it’s a good nightstand for the price!

A real steal, these are nice!
I have purchased 4 of these tables, and am completely happy with them for the price paid. Really, I consider them a total steal.I bought a pair of the dark brown/black/espresso colored ones about a year and a half ago to serve as end tables by the couch in my living room. They look nice, and we have had no issues with quality or functionality, so when it was recently decided that new nightstands were needed by a bed, a pair of white tables were ordered. In both locations, we wanted decent looking but didn’t want to spend hundreds of dollars each. End tables and night stands at real furniture stores easily reached up in to the hundreds of dollars per unit range, so we decided to expand our search. We checked the more “quirky” and discount-oriented home goods stores and, to be frank, the offerings looked like junk. There is a Big Blue Emporium Of Swedish-Designed Goods And Meatballs (you know what place I’m talking about) located in our town, so we checked there. We found something acceptable looking and reasonably priced, but still there was a nagging doubt. “Let’s check Amazon” we thought. And so we did. And here we are.All 4 tables arrived in fine flat-pack condition. Nothing was dinged or damaged, no missing pieces, nothing troubling to report. All pieces are made of real wood, not fiberboard or particle board or cardboard, like products from that other place we had considered. The benefit of having real wood is that it glues up nice, and if you have any scratches, it’s relatively easy to repair. The directions are simple, but sensible and easy to follow. With this sort of furniture, I always glue pieces together in addition to the screws just to add a bit of strength to the whole thing. Everything went together fine, and fit properly. The door was already assembled within the face frame, so no adjustment or fitting was needed. As for colors/ finishes: We are very happy with the coloring and quality of finish of these. The espresso color is a very deep brown/black that is evenly applied over the whole unit, no “splotchiness”. These tables, despite our best efforts to prevent it, regularly get drinks placed on them without coasters, and there are spills, and we have yet to see any rings or other defect appear in the surface finish. The white tables are a smooth flat-ish white paint (which is what we wanted), not a stained white-wash. I had one spot (about the size of a paper clip) on one of the white tables where the finish was a little marred. It wasn’t a scratch or damage, it just looked like the paint hadn’t been applied quite right. I had some paint on hand that matched just right, and a light touch-up made it disappear.I’ve only got a couple of things that I would list as “cons” though they aren’t deal-breakers, nor are they enough of a problem to cause me to lower my rating. I mean, let’s be real and recognize that when you’re only spending fifty dollars for a piece of furniture to be delivered to your house, it’s probably not going to have the same quality as a piece that is hundreds of dollars more expensive. You should know going in to the deal that you’re making a compromise somewhere.Anyhow, my “cons”:-The bottom of the unit is a thin piece of plywood that is simply laid on the frame. It is not fastened in place, and it “floats” around a bit. Also, it doesn’t strike me as overly-sturdy. It’s not like you’re going to keep your barbells or encyclopedias in there, but it’s a weaker part of the construction that I thought would be helpful to point out to people. If I were worried about it, it could easily be glued/nailed into place, but I haven’t found a practical issue with it.-The door’s orientation isn’t easily switched. If you want to switch it so that the hinges are on the left instead of the right, you are going to have to do a little wood-work, it’s not a simple flip-flop. This may be a deal-breaker for some people, but it hasn’t really bothered me in use. Again, I thought it would be helpful to point this out to people. At the end of the day, I can say that I am very happy with these units. I’ve had them long enough that I think I’ve given them a decent real-world trial, and they are something I would buy again (and I have!), and recommend to others.

WINSOME Accent Table
Why did you pick this product vs others?:It's awesome with a great look but the assembly you have to figure out for yourself. Parts numbers not on parts. Also, the illustration doesn't show how the parts should fit.

Nice if you're neat and don't spill water but messy kids (& me) can ruin it!
So, over a year ago I bought two, both white, and I loved them at first. I didn't assemble them, had my ex hubby do so and he had no complaints. I still like them but they have some issues, partly due to flimsy construction but also because of owner messiness (me). In fact, every time I look at one I always think that I need to leave a review to inform others so here it is.The bottoms are flimsy at best and will not allow you to put heavy items on it as it'll pop right out and hit the floor. This can be solved by not putting too much in the bottom cabinet or putting in a heavier piece of wood for the bottom or something of your preference or even putting a book or two beneath it I imagine. I simply removed the too heavy items and am careful with what I put in at this time. In one I have a large bottle of almond oil, one of castor oil, one of peroxide, six rolls of double roll toilet paper, some bills, a DNA kit which one day I may use, and a few other small items stored in the bottom. I know that's detailed and sounds a little odd - toilet paper? But it holds all that. The top surface will pimple if water spills and is left there unawares (thanks to my messiness). Maybe if I had been warned of that I would've kept my carafe of water elsewhere but I like it on my nightstand along with flowers in a small vase of water. I've found that sitting it on a tray is helpful. Also, if you have children who like to leave gifts of drawings on your nightstand and water spills on that the colors will transfer to the top and it will be hard to remove if you don't catch it right away. The top drawer can fall right out if you pull it too hard, not being mindful that that's an issue. I've never had that happen to me before with other nightstands but I'm mindful now. It stores a fair piece and isn't too easy for children under three to pull out so that's a bonus. I won't go into details of what's in mine but suffice it to say vitamins, makeup, hair items, mirror, scissors, pens, paper, just things I like to have on hand.Overall I'm satisfied with these since I needed smaller nightstands when I rearranged my bedroom. They look good, hold up once you know their limitations and you're not messy. Kids plus me equal messy water spills quite a bit, or at least at first. I scrubbed the tops with all kinds of things but saw the brown beneath would appear if I wasn't careful. I just have one tiny brown dot that I exposed which I cover with a tray now. The tray is unobtrusive as it's very low and it's white. It's also wide enough that it fits half of the nightstand top so it covers other unsightly stains and yet allows room for a regular size lamp and my flowers. I would highly recommend a tray for your water. I cover another faded stain with my small vase of flowers and, fortunately, only one got most of the abuse and books cover the faded stain on the other one.It works.I'm used to well crafted, already assembled, made from real wood, North Carolina furniture that holds up for years but the pieces I have are rather large so, again, these serve their purpose and they do look nice and I don't think they look cheap at all.Would I buy them again? Yes, actually I would because now I know that water and papers with ink, markers, etc are not these nightstands friends and I could work with that. And of course for the price, one shouldn't expect them to hold up like good old North Carolina furniture. And if I'd considered that - duh - I should have used coasters! But after one year and two months, they are sturdy enough, still nice enough looking and handy storage that was inexpensive. And now you know!Happy Shopping!

Easy assembly
While it’s easy to assemble, the particle board drawer & bottom base are a wee bit of a pain. No complaints so far. I prefer to complete my full review once the product has been used for one week.

Easy to put together
On the smaller side but works for what it’s supposed to and super simple to put together.

Not too hard to assemble.
Not too hard to assemble, but I would definitely suggest two people. Don't know yet how it will hold up, but some of the pieces are very thin and look like they could be a bit fragil. Nice looking and the drawer slides easily. Took us about an hour to put together, but we don't often put furniture together.
