ITS A PLASTIC CAPO NOT ALUMINIUM!!!
I needed strings but didn’t need branded quality as these are for a couple of cheap back up ukes I have. The strings were as expected and need a few days to stretch and stabilise, but once done they stay in tune with an ok intonation. I don’t use picks but these seem a reasonable quality and produce a bright note. Now I would have given a better star review but the capo has let it down. It was described as an aluminium capo, and I thought this would have been great value to be included in a bundle. They always say if it’s too good to be true then it isn’t. The CAPO IS PLASTIC!!!!! Ok it has a strong clamp, it’s ok for a soprano or concert but struggles on a tenor to hold the last string, it does it’s job but ITS PLASTIC NOT ALUMINIUM. This is supplied by Amazon so there’s no use in complaint as I would just be advised to return the item and it’s too much of a faff to try and contact the seller when there is no direct link in the product page. So if you want back up strings that are ok and want A PLASTIC CAPO THAT IS DEFINITELY NOT ALUMINIUM then go for it.

Nice plastic emergency set for uke
Am a beginner so had to use my initiative when changing strings here (not as obvious as changing a guitar). Strings are easy to tie off at the end when restringing the uke. There are 5 sets of plasticy strings, a plastic capo, a plastic string winder and some felt picks. The string winder split in two after use so wouldn’t trust it. The capo looks and feels good quality. Picks were okay, abit jagged around the edges and not as fluffy as the mahalo picks but they still keep sore fingertips at bay. I’d say it’s worth a little less but still good to have for emergencies.

Great for the price
I've played guitar for many years but only just built my first Uke, so wanted some reasonably priced strings. I wasn't expecting much from cheap strings but thought I'd try them anyway. These stretch a lot when new so it takes a while to get them to stay in tune but once they're in tune they sound great for the price. The string winder and picks are great and the set overall represents excellent value for money.
