Pyure Organic Liquid Stevia Extract Sweetener, Chocolate, Sugar Substitute, 100 Servings, 1.8 Fl. Oz

My doctor suggested I try this with coconut milk for breakfast instead of the sugary and carb loaded powder I was using. After the milk chilled in the fridge overnight, I awoke this morning, excited to try this. What a great day this was going to be! My doctor said this was so good and refreshing and would leave me full and satisfied. I was ready to try it and be blown away. I retrieved my little box of milk and poured it into a glass. I tasted the milk alone first. It was okay, but not the best. “I could tolerate this” I thought. Then I added a little squirt (like in the other reviews, it came out in a very hard stream) and was ready to try my new, healthy breakfast. When it hit my tongue, the chemical taste exploded in my mouth and I quickly gagged a few times. The burning on my tongue was so intense, I thought it would be there forever. It was awful! Worse than awful! The chemical taste overpowered everything else. This does not taste like any chocolate I have ever consumed. I got really nauseated from one sip of this supposedly sweet, chocolate imposter. Needless to say, the bottle is in the trash along with my high breakfast hopes.

I love the regular Pyure so I thought I would try the chocolate flavor. However this tastes terrible! It has a strong alcohol taste and smell. I cannot detect any chocolate flavor at all. It completely ruins the taste of anything I put it in no matter how small the amount. A waste of money!

Sadly didn't enjoy this chocolate liquid Pyure flavor as much as other liquid chocolate Stevia that we get. Hoping it was as good bc price was lower. Had to poke the opening to make bigger bc it squirted way more than I wanted at one time, rather have drops. But that proved problematic also. Will finish it, then go back to SweetLeaf, like the idea of glass bottle anyway. But still will use Pyure granulated with my cooking.

Seriously, I don't know who thought this tastes anything remotely close to chocolate, but I pity them seeing as were not graced with the gift of taste.Smells and tastes of some sweet chemical and/or industrial alcohol.

Please do NOT buy the chocolate flavor , it seriously tastes like straight up rubbing alcohol, I'm throwing it out. What a waste. I usually do not leave a bad review, but I had to let others know this stuff is inedible! Only nice thing was it arrived quick. So this seller is good! Not there fault the product is nasty!

I've been doing the Keto thing and was looking for a lower cost alternative to the stevia drops I am currently using. I tried this. First off, there's no way to measure or do a 'serving' size. When I opened it and did a squeeze to taste it it squirted out a pretty fast stream and it went all over. Note to self, very very gentle squeeze. It tasted very alcohol-y. So I thought I'd try it in my coffee. It was awful. Maybe other flavors taste better, but the chocolate one is horrible. Sorry Pyure, I'm sticking to my SweetLeaf Sweet Drops.

Been keto for a few years now and this product is highly recommended in the FB group I belong to. Unfortunately this one has a horrible after taste to me. That's how sweeteners work though, you have to hunt and peck to find the one that works for you. Sadly I ordered 2 of these, one regular and one chocolate flavored. Do yourself a favor and only order one to make sure you like it.

I bought the chocolate version because I really like the vanilla version of this sweetener. The bottle arrived all sticky, and even though the wrap was still on the cap, I suspect that the bottle leaked. The sweetener tasted almost like extract, almost alcoholic, I think it may have gone bad. I won’t be buying the chocolate again. I’ve never had this issue with the vanilla.
